JARm, i just posted on the other thread - is there a specific reason why it has to be tomorrow as opposed to any other time?

Just answer yes or no, don't need to broadcast details here

Quootiepie · 09/08/2006 18:52

misdee could we bring peter/the vad/the girls down - just think of the publicity! jk really lol

JoshuaandChloesmummy · 09/08/2006 18:54

Jessicaandrebeccasmummy, dont feel sad.

If i was nearer, then i would be there like a flash, but having never been to London on my own, i really dont want to have to try and get round London on my own with 2yr old twins.

Alot of people i have spoken to on Bounty have also said that its too far from them, one suggested regional demos.

misdee · 09/08/2006 18:55

lol wannabe, we're meant to be taking things slowly.............

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 09/08/2006 18:56

You take things VERY slowly misdee

Love to you and all the family xxx

wannaBe1974 · 09/08/2006 18:57

hahaha misdee. seriously though good luck for tonight

regional might work, there are a few people here that might protest somewhere ... but where though? outside book shops maybe?

alexsmilitantmum · 09/08/2006 18:57

have said this on other thread but there is no way i can get from manchester without leaving tonight and booking a hotel etc.i'm really sorry.
i will do the photo thing if it will help.

misdee · 09/08/2006 18:58

outside a major book shop in towns may work!

proudofmyboobs · 09/08/2006 18:59

How about spamming every forum/site you can think of Even football forums etc... and even the parenting forums, raisingkids, netmums, mumsunited etc..

wannaBe1974 · 09/08/2006 19:01

I've posted a regional demo thread, have to go and bath ds now.

Quootiepie · 09/08/2006 19:01

is anyone bringing a young baby? DS is 4 1/2 months... and BFing...

NeverSayNever · 09/08/2006 19:02

We could all e-mail local press if enough could get to the nearest bookshop, good idea!

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 09/08/2006 19:03

Qootie - ill have 9 month old Becky with me and 2 yr old madam jessica - not that this is gonna happen

If we go with the washing line idea then actual numbers wouldn't be too much of a stumbling block. If the washing line was long and full of emotive stories and items it would act as a silent statement all of its own.

Not ideal maybe, but more manageable?

TillyRose · 09/08/2006 19:12

J&RM - Vauxhall Bridge Road is a very busy place; please think twice before taking her. I wouldn't walk down the pavement there with a 2 year old let alone stand around for an hour or so.
