Great response, mn. Her responses only serve to confuse and obfuscate, but yours brings sense and clarity.

morningpaper · 09/08/2006 09:09

DOH! Bloody Americans

tigermoth · 09/08/2006 09:16

Just seen the Mirror article. I am sure mumsnet towers did not need 'persuading by the service provider' to delete comments. Mumsnet is bunch of inane women incapable of making a reasoned decision? As if.

longwaytogo · 09/08/2006 09:18

brilliant response me thinks

JustineMumsnet · 09/08/2006 09:19

The Times Law Weblog - with ability to add comments.

LadyTophamHatt · 09/08/2006 09:19

But we've all seen the letter demanding the closure of the site....haven't we??

or did I dream that??

JustineMumsnet · 09/08/2006 09:22

and another one from the Times law weblog - which I rather think Mark Stephens enjoyed.

ledodgyrobespierre · 09/08/2006 09:24

Pmsl @ the last web blog!

TrotskyPlayedTheHarpsichord · 09/08/2006 09:24

Justine I don't know if you have seen my emails saying sorry (I keep getting an out of office reply)
but good job yesterday. you were tireless and fabulous.
says HC, grovelling

ZippiZapata · 09/08/2006 09:32

lol pmsl

mumsnet "the site for bored parents"

tell it how it is then

JustineMumsnet · 09/08/2006 09:34

No grovelling required by us HC. Cheers though.

MrsFogi · 09/08/2006 09:35

I think we should carry on with our media onslaught until we have our right to free speech on mn back - I'm sure some of the radio prgs/newspapers would enjoy the latest installment.

JackieNo · 09/08/2006 09:35

Another blog mention here (third item down).

babyonboard · 09/08/2006 09:35

Justine - fancy a house swap?..your gorgeous place for our two bed 'sarf lahndan' flat, in need of a little tlc

you'd be the clear winner!

babyonboard · 09/08/2006 09:37

JessaFreedomFighter · 09/08/2006 09:38

thewomanwhothougtshewasahat - thank you!!! I have been dying to get onto MN and point out that the statement from could be construed as implying that Israel is a terrorist state...but have been unable to get onto 'net...aaaarrrrgh the frustration!!!! So thank you for getting there first!!!

ja9 · 09/08/2006 09:38

fwiw i think MN is coming across extremely well in all of this. Well done MNHQ.

Great label

JessaFreedomFighter · 09/08/2006 09:48

that blog linked by JackieNo is great!

morningpaper · 09/08/2006 09:49

thewomanwhothougtshewasahat - 'zactly

suzi2 · 09/08/2006 09:51

So, there is a disagreement about whether or not posts were deleted in a timely fashion after the letters were sent? Surely techie folk can prove that they were removed in a timely manner?

What a lovely response from MNHQ - you must be mad to take the rockets comment seriously.

suzi2 · 09/08/2006 09:54

Morningpaper - does anyone in RL know that you are the Morningpaper??? If not perhaps you should get a t-shirt made.
