LEttletownofBOFlehem · 21/12/2011 22:21

You keep saying that, scottishmummy, but I've never noticed the same poster saying it- I think that occasionally, you do just sound a bit pissed: I've thought it myself. Sorry Xmas Grin

wannaBe · 21/12/2011 22:21

wasn't someone from here banned from wiki recently over editing some celeb's page over a comment he made about bf in a cafe? or something. Didn't see the initial outpourings only the aftermath..

don't recall her name but do love the inevitability of it all
the expectant frission
then the "is you drunk"

OnTheTopOfTheWorld · 21/12/2011 22:29

The Hi Di Hi Barry Howard thread had me crying with laughter. What a twat he must be!

AwayinaKayzr · 21/12/2011 22:29

I like SMs posts. I don't know if she's drunk but I like the way they seem to be written in a Scottish accent.

This is where she tells me she's not actually Scottish isn't it Grin

LEttletownofBOFlehem · 21/12/2011 22:30

There are a few posters that I can tell are pissed when they get all belligerent and repetitive late at night. But to be fair to you, scottishmummy, it doesn't have to be late, and it's probably just the way you write.

angel1976 · 21/12/2011 22:30

Well, in my 'surprise' ocado delivery today (courtesy of DH as he is in charge of Xmas dinner this year), there was a bottle of gin and a bottle of baileys. Take your pick! And we also have beer, bottles of wine, not to mention a whole case of wine with our estate agents (don't ask!). And the funny thing is DH and I don't drink at home and I don't drink full-stop. His work sends him a case of wine every year and I spend the rest of the year giving it away... Xmas Grin

JugglingWithGoldandMyrhh · 21/12/2011 22:31

Just wanted to say that generally many posters may want to share when things are difficult for whatever reason. When this includes a financial aspect, as it often can in life, it would be very sad if posters didn't feel able to share with others how things really were in their life.

Most posters will find that just sharing the burden is what lifts it a little. Other times, like when a thread is started to organise a blanket, it can be lovely when something tangible is offered too.

Akiram · 21/12/2011 22:32

In my heas scottishmummy is speaks like SuperGran Grin
