Anal sex slip

Name change for this on.
me and DH after a drunken night out had anal /
sex (we have previous done it once or twice) but he then put it from my bum into my vagina!
I didn’t really notice at the time (drunk and at brink of orgasm) but now I’m thinking about it and freaking out ! Bacteria transfer etc…..
is it really bad ? Should I call the GP on Monday ??

You need to worry if it goes anus to vagina, not the other way.

Bobtheamazinggingerdog · 22/10/2023 03:24

You'll probably get cystitis. I've done this before once stupidly and got it immediately. It was a salutary lesson! Don't panic but do make a GP appointment the first hint of pain on peeing or not feeling able to fully empty your bladder because that's what it will be and you'll need antibiotics.

MissWright91 · 22/10/2023 03:28

As above said, you will likely get a UTI. Done the same myself. Moment of stupidity and let him go from bum to vagina and the next day had cystitis (UTI) ended up needing antibiotics

Bibonelove · 22/10/2023 03:35

I got thrush, dont worry you might be OK, it's not the end of the world x

capabilityfrowns · 22/10/2023 03:42

I got a bartholins cyst that was infected and needed emergency surgery. It came up immediately and I ended up in hospital within 5 days .

Men are such twats .

Beansinyourears · 22/10/2023 05:36

A friend of mine got pelvic inflammatory disease from this exact scenario. Sexual health clinic gave her the treatment for it and it was sorted. She was having a lot of pain from it apparently. 100% see a GP.

IMarchToADifferentDrummer · 22/10/2023 06:11

That's what it was, bum to vagina!

rwalker · 22/10/2023 06:54

Unfortunately all you’ve got is replies with some extreme examples of what can happen

yes there’s a risk but you may be ok I think it’s just a case of wait and see and be vigilant for symptoms
GP more than likely unwilling to give out preventive antibiotics

OrlandointheWilderness · 22/10/2023 06:59

I've got away with it before OP. It's definitely not ideal but you might be okay.

DiddlySquatted · 22/10/2023 07:12

Usually fanny first but on the odd occasions it was bum first I’ve never had a problem.

OhNo12 · 22/10/2023 09:27

Thanks all for your replies! I’ll be vigilant and call GP if any signs of infection. Thank you

Yeah just this. It’s obviously not great and you may very well get an infection, most likely not a serious one provided treated quickly (though a slim chance). Just be on the lookout for symptoms and get treated straight away if you get any. And make sure your partner is more aware not to do this again!

OhNo12 · 23/10/2023 10:04

So as expected.....
showing signs of a UTI. Sample dropped to the GP this morning =(
I have some urine test strips at home and showing Blood and leukocytes in my urine

OP posts:
Dery · 23/10/2023 10:10

@OhNo12 - antibiotics will clear that up so you’ll be fine but as you’ve discovered make sure your partner knows never to go in that direction again! Men should know it’s a no no.

Thisisworsethananticpated · 23/10/2023 10:32

You’ll maybe get either a UTI or thrush
but maybe not !
nothing that necessitates a GP visit anyway

That's literally the point of the OP.

TerribleWoman · 23/10/2023 10:46

Jesus.
Women, you don't have to do anal.

Growuppeople · 23/10/2023 10:48

That was quick 😂

Of course not. But none of these posters have suggested they didn’t want to or were pressured in any way. So what’s your point?

If you don't want to, then don't.

But why shouldn't others if they want to?

TerribleWoman · 23/10/2023 10:46

Jesus.

Agreed.

This thread is so depressing.

UTIs, thrush, infections all minimized because our porn-soaked culture has decided that anal sex is something to aspire to in a heterosexual relationship.

This is all driven by men and porn. And women pay the price with their health.

No woman needs to do anal, especially with someone so badly acquainted with female anatomy that they 'slip'.

capresesalad · 23/10/2023 11:09

@EdgeOfACoin some women enjoy anal sex though

TerribleWoman · 23/10/2023 11:09

I am old and it wasn't a thing in my day. Not many women were begging to try it.
So there is pressure from somewhere....social media, porn, men, I don't know. Someone on this thread says "men are such twats" which implies whilst there was consent for anal, there wasn't consent for switching. OP's scenario sounds similar. Women are getting ill from this behaviour by men.
It just makes me sad.
Do what you want - but make sure it really is what you want.

Yes I love it, orgasms so much better. Many of us love it and that's okay! Zero pressure from men for it.

BarelyCoping123 · 23/10/2023 11:13

Agree 100% with @TerribleWoman and @EdgeOfACoin
