Has anyone else applied for Brit ks4 for 2026?

Hi! No, we have not, but I figured out the way how to log in without activation link. 1. Download the app 2. They will ask you to log in (but you can't without the activation link), but if you press on "Forgot the password?", they will let you change the password through your email (make sure you use the email you use to communicate with the school), 3. So type in your "new" password, confirm and you are in! :)

Hi, I haven't received mine either but my daughter has hers.

It was a good idea to try the forgotten password route - I got in that way in the end :)
Is anyone else who has a child starting KS4 tomorrow on a Whatsapp group? would be good to be connected to some parents of fellow new year 10 joiners if there is one.

Good advice! Yes ds has got his and for once seems to have been organised enough (a first) to register. I didn’t get the email but have emailed the IT dept. Thanks for the advice re getting around this. Good luck for all tomorrow!

This might be helpful to you but I logged out of the My Child at School app, then logged back in - once logged in I could see that the school had changed to Brit school and all my daughter's info, timetable etc was on there x

@JTro if you do the way you suggested, once you are in do you have to look for the school name and your child’s name in the app? I don’t want to mess up…thanks

no, I just used email which school uses for communication with me, then chose a new password. Once you're in, you'll see your DC page

Has anyone got an email from WisePay? My DH got an email from them without a pasword, can't log in even through Forgotten password. I have not got such email even though I'm the main contact

I received an email with login and password. I tried and I can access.
Still nothing for Bromcom but I will try what you suggested

Hm... Would you share where you sent your email regarding Bromcom? Probably it's time for me to send it as well but regarding WisePay

My DH got en email from Wisepay with his username, but without password. I have not got anything. Hopefully, they will manage to resolve all the issues with logins

I replied to the email they sent about Bromcom.
I sent them two emails but they haven’t replied to any yet so I don’t know.
But I managed to get into Bromcom with your useful advice. Thank you so much!

About Wisepay I received an email from noreply@wisepay and there was a username (the name of my child) and underneath a password of random numbers.

@JTro and actually Bromcom app is a bit glitchy because I just tried to log in again the log in was not available. Only an Activate button and it asked me the school postcode and said not recognised 🤦‍♀️
Then it worked again.
And it’s very slow! Is it the same for you?

I've just called to the school, they said with password/logins issies to email to their IT department [email protected] I've just sent an enquiry re WisePay, hopefully they'll help
