My daughter has just recieved invite to workshop and to upload portfolio for year 10 fmp very exciting.

Likewise - just had workshop and interview and portfolio email for fmp for my son too :)

what workshop date did she get i still havent heard back from them they said we will know by the end of the week maybe there telling people by there workshop date

25th Feb but that's for fmp rather than MT - think they usually send them out by strand. x

Still nothing for DA. Just wonder how the invitation and portfolio link came together? Some time ago my DD got an email asking to upload her portfolio and do a challenge, but there were nothing about interview invitation

Do they usually deal with KS4 first, then 6th Form?

I think it must depend on strand, I know when my daughter went for year 10 VAD 2 years ago she was asked for the portfolio first and then she got the interveiw and workshop date once that was in. Was expecting the same this time for my son for fmp, but it all came in the same email.

I think generally the sixth form decisions seem to come out first, but I think there can be a bit of overlap - my son's year 10 meeting is end of Feb and I know some of the sixth form auditions and interveiws are still going on then too. I don't think the internal VAD and DA applicants have interveiw dates yet either so they may be some of the last strands. Hope you hear something soon!
