Is anyone else waiting for any Scottish uni offers for their DC?

My DC is awaiting a response for computer science at Edinburgh, St As, and Glasgow. He's had a Cambridge post interview rejection and also waiting to hear from Durham.

He's applied with 6 As at higher and 1 A at advanced higher from S4-5 so this exceeds all standard grade requirements (non contextual state school).

I'm at a bit of a loss and starting to tear my hair out. Anyone else in the same boat?

My son is also doing AH Chem this week.

Fingers crossed for a happy outcome for yours. 🤞

He will be living with his granny - one of the reasons Edinburgh was 1st choice. I know not all 18 year olds would want to live with their granny but they get on with each other very well and he doesn't think there is anything he'd want to do that he couldn't, because of living with her.
