Gettingbysomehow · Yesterday 23:14

Im so sorry OP. You need to call the police asap or you'll have no evidence. And yes it is the end.
There is absolutely no coming back from this...you will end up dead.

cambiodenombre123 · Yesterday 23:14

OP you've been assaulted. Get to a safe place and call the police. No coming back.

ChaToilLeam · Yesterday 23:16

Oh love, are you safe where you are right now? Can you go to friends, or family, and call the police from there?

nocoolnamesleft · Yesterday 23:16

I am so sorry. There is definitely no coming back from this. Are you somewhere safe?

sweetchill · Yesterday 23:22

You know that you need to leave, well done for posting. Where are you now and where is he? Are there any kids? Are you safe? Do you feel you can call the police or go to the station?

PaperMachePanda · Yesterday 23:27

Don't just leave, call the police.

SuffolkUnicorn · Yesterday 23:28

Cunt Ltb

ItsPickleRick · Yesterday 23:28

Are you safe now OP?

If you don’t feel like you can call the police right now are you able to take photos of any injuries? Please make sure your device isn’t linked to any other before you do this.

Gowlett · Yesterday 23:30

Is it the first time he’s hit you?

whippersnapper55 · Yesterday 23:31

No, there is definitely no coming back from that. Are you safe OP? Can you take photos of any injuries? Is there a family member or friend you can call for support?

Anotherdayanotherscan · Yesterday 23:32

Op are you safe now? Call the police and please get to family/a friend. This is never ok

toottoot3 · Yesterday 23:35

I'm so sorry this has happened to you, you have to leave, when it's safe. Hone police, family, friends get others involved ASAP. Do you need seen by a Dr? Record every injury daily. You do need help

PinkPanthreess · Yesterday 23:49

Just spoken to my grown DC and my DM, I am going to go to DM's house , and come back only after DC's dad has moved out (if ever) - not till then. Almost Grown DC but still live at home at times and come back summers

I feel muddled, but first step is getting to DMs house asap.

I have locked myself in the spare room

Call the police. You need help to leave safely. We are all here supporting you.

PinkPanthreess · Yesterday 23:52

Things have been rocky and unhappy in phases

but still shell shocked by this

He calls me fat a lot , the past 4-5 years and just seems to have lost any ounce of respect overall

I think he finds some women in our community / a woman perhaps even - attractive. I do not know. I don't think I ever will

OP posts:
PinkPanthreess · Yesterday 23:53

DC do not want me to call the police, and would be very upset if I did.

They also think their dad was 'pushed to it' as per what he told them, though they agree not acceptable - they are okay with me going to DM

Is it the first time he’s hit you?

In a very very long time yes, not the first in the 25 years we have been together since I was 20, though

nocoolnamesleft · Yesterday 23:55

There is never a justification for resorting to violence. This is not your fault. It is his. It sounds like you may well need the police to get out of there safely.

Op, why would they be upset? This is worrying behaviour on their part.

ClairDeLaLune · Yesterday 23:57

So sorry this has happened to you OP. Your DC are wrong to be justifying what their dad has done, there is no excuse for violence. Please ignore them and call the police anyway, and get to your DM’s as quickly as you can. Perhaps call the police from there.
