Would a used condom still be wet one month later?

Help I moved with my fiance to a new house about a year ago. He never sold our old house but some furniture is still there. We sometimes go to our old house after date night for some sexy time as our kids are being cared for at the new house. We have been together 20 years and its rare we use a condom. What i found by the bed in the corner on the floor was a condom still wet but appears no semen. I used a condom over a month ago with him. My question is i am not sure if this is out condom i found as im sure we tossed it. I am trying to find out if you think a month old condom used out of packaging would still feel wet and oily? The next day when he was at work i went back to th old house and went through the trash hoping to find a green condom wrapper from the one we had used, but it was not there. Since we no longer live there daily there is a huge cardboard box we use as the trash and its mainly just to toss junk mail or paper products. I have not used condom in so long i honestly dont remember if one would still feel wet and oily after one month out of the packaging..please help im so worried.

I don’t really know, not a science experiment I’ve ever conducted but I would think that lube dries and also if it was used then the lube would have rubbed off and instead be covered in bodily fluids which definitely dry over. Don’t know though. The only other thing is you say there was nothing inside? So when you last used it was there something inside at the end? If there was, then you have your answer I suppose.

Would it have been full when you left it? Was it still full?? I can’t imagine it’d still be wet after that amount of time

No. My husband puts (our) Condoms in the bedroom bin and I empty it weekly, and the Condoms are always dried out with like flaky white stuff in them (we do it 3+ times a week). They can be a bit shiny on the outside (but I.wouldnt be touching them!)

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say you are not the only one hubby is bringing back for sexy time. Sorry.

usually comdoms dry up pretty quick if out the packaging usually within 3 days but the no semen i probs a good sign maybe wishing you a clear mind:)

I would be setting up a secret camera at the house just to be sure. I would probably have a quick scroll of his phone too.

Unlikely to be a really old condom. Could be someone you know who has a key? But definitely would have alarm bells ringing.

I would not bring this up to him yet. No way. If he is cheating he will explain it away and gaslight you, Give him enough rope. Do some detective work over the coming months. Don’t let on you have suspicions.
