I made a thread yesterday with screen shots of his notifications from what looked like a saucy hook up site, I had it out with him and he said they must be spam notifications from live streaming the boxing illegally. I looked it up and it said he could have accidentally clicked "allow pop ups" on his browser so I tried to find the settings for him and stumbled apon his search history which had shown he had been accessing has been accessing my sisters "naughty website" multiple times over the last few months. He said he hasn't subscribed as if that makes it any better. I feel so sick, betrayed and just completely ruined.

How would you go about moving out? I have bugger all in savings and have a 2 + 3 year old to look after, my whole life has fallen to pieces in the matter of minutes.

It might be worth contactacting Gingerbread.org.uk they have advice on relationship breakdown with kids and all the rest that comes with it. Sorry your going through this

Hey OP. I'm so sorry to hear this. But no you're not screwed, it's not going to be easy but you will get there. First thing, get some free legal advice re where you stand - you can get a 15 min consultation for free most places. Second thing, speak to your local council housing options - you will have to stay out for time being and if you leave husbands home they will class you intentionally homeless but if you do what they advise they will at least house you temporarily while they determine eligibility for housing. The fact that home is linked to hubby's job means theres no equity for you to sell / buy and 2 small children means duty to house. It may take a while but you'll be ok. Apply for universal credit to too up your income. If you need somewhere to work from is there an option to rent somewhere thata already food hygiene inspected? Have you got friends with kids similar ages that you can work out some kind of child care agreement with? Like you help them out one day and they have yours one day so you can work? Or hubby can agree to give you access to the house so you can fulfill orders. It will be grim but least you can do that short term until you have something else in place. It's a lot to figure out but trust me, you will absolutely be ok. I say this as someone whose partner left them for their sister. I spent years in temp accomodation (but nice accommodation just not secure) but dragged myself onwards and upwards and now I'm in a place that I never imagined I would be in an life is honestly better than I imagined it could be. I hate to appear to be minimising this @Mumoftwo95 , but maybe you could do with finding out if he genuinely didn't sign up to view some/much of the content, or didn't, as he says. Can you sneakily view his bank to see if there is/was a subscription to Patreon there?

If he just looked at the front page then that's maybe not as heinous. But on the other hand you could divorce him for this if you want. And he did choose to look, and looked repeatedly.
