How often do you have sex?

Nosey Nelly over here but just genuinely curious how often you have sex if you are in a committed relationship?

We go through peaks and lows depending on the time of the month and I was curious how it fluctuates for other couples.

Can't really average it. Some months once a week, other months not at all.

I find it we're at home with our 4 year old it's the last thing on our mind.
Cheeky night away? Once or twice in a day!

Ever since my pact with the Devil things have really picked up on that front (and back - let's not be coy about it. After all you raised it - 'scuse the pun - in the first place.)

Well it's the money. I have no interest in sex or dating other men and I would be far worse off financially. We already sleep separately and mostly live independently. I also dont mind if he has a fwb as do him me. If he leaves me it's fine, I will miss the material comforts but we will always be in each others lives due to too many ties. I just don't see why I would make myself poor when he is happy enough to carry on with me like this. I think romcom type of happiness at 10+ years is a lie, I think it's friendship and being content enough.

It definitely does exist. I’m not saying this to boast or rub it in, just so that you know it’s possible in case you ever decide you do want that.

I’ve been with my husband since we were 17 and we’re mid 30s now - we genuinely are as in love as we ever were, more probably as we’ve been through so much. I still get butterflies when I hear his key in the door and the sex is electric. It’s possible. ❤️

I can’t remember the last time, but then I have put on 6 stone so I can’t say I blame him.

I have 2 kids of preschool age and work 3 days a week in a stressful job.
DH does sometimes 12 hour shifts, we are not relaxed enough to have sex more often 😂

when on my period It’s Anal for me

About 5 times a week - normally in the morning or while WFH, very rarely at bedtime.

A little less these days than before having our toddler, I’d say probably 2-3 times a week. Together 10 years, both in our early thirties.

Haven't since 2022. Before then once since 2021. In the process of leaving my partner tho 🤣

When not pregnant, probably less than once a week, and that is plenty for us.

But, right now, we won’t be having sex again until after the baby is born… it’s just too uncomfortable!

6 weeks after finding about wifes (48) 2nd affair over 18 years married, I'm (41), 2 dc in teens. We are currently hysterical bonding both of us, I'm coming home from work early to her in lingerie waiting, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day every day. Going through marriage counselling but we just mad about each other. How I've handled the affair has really turned her head..I've been calm, last time I was violent. Its made her see me in a different light. Also her mate who's 28 has made it known she wants me. I think this opened her eyes to what she's throwing away now she's like a teenager with me.

Once this year! It’s fantastic when we do but meh. He doesn’t try and I can’t be bothered either. It’s sad really.

About three or four times a month. Both work FT and have two primary aged kids.

DH would probably like twice as much and I'd be perfectly happy with half as much but then I'm on antidepressants and my libido is nonexistent so we meet in the middle. So to speak.

Usually about once a fortnight, but we’re on a 5 week dry spell. We have 2 young children who struggle with sleep and we are both constantly knackered! It used to be a lot more frequently and I hope we can get back to that!

Pre pregnancy, probably 3-4 times a week, now I'm pregnant 1-2, and some non penetrative action. However I'm also very happy to give oral so often do that at least 1-2 a week as well, sometimes more.
