I send someone a WhatsApp message 1 day ago and he’s not opened the message but I can see he’s been online. Is it possible he’s not got the message or is he ignoring me ?

Yes. Then in about an hour you'll message him to ask how he is and then come here looking more advice on why he isn't answering. You didn't start messaging him again to tell him you wanted to leave it, you were obsessing. Quit the game playing.

Why so mean? OP messaged the guy and he didn't respond, so she got in touch again. They've spoken and called it off. Why does she deserve a comment like this?

If someone is interested they will be excited to get a text from you and reply. They’ll want to meet you as soon as they can. You’re a priority.
You don’t feel like this, you aren’t checking whether they are online or if ticks are grey or blue. You don’t wait weeks to meet up or days between texts.
When you feel like this again, get busy, go out and distract yourself, don’t let yourself obsess.
He wasn’t wasting time thinking about you, don’t waste your precious time again like this. You end feeling crap and your self esteem nose dives. Learn from this experience !
