I think 'choice' is an illusion. I have a friend who is a lap dancer, she's good at it to and has bought her own flat, car etc. She saves too. She is fiery though, due to upbringing, and by her own admission just wouldn't hack it in many workplaces. She would just storm out or get riled up. Lap dancing is the best way for her to earn substantial amounts of money.
Tell me, how am I to judge her? I earn less than her, in a minimum wage job, on UC top ups, with no hope of progression.
