I always thought I would be ok if he ever did it. Never goaded him doing it whatsoever or encouraged but he's come home from a stag do and spent OUR money on it. £40.

I feel cheated on. I know I've not been. But I can't help how I feel. I'm so upset

This man thinks women are objects, and you're just one of the women he doesn't value.

sewerrat · 25/07/2023 17:42

cheap one if its only £40! bargain

ilovebrie8 · 25/07/2023 17:43

It’s seedy the whole lap dancing thing, I’d not be happy about it. I’m not sure what a private dance entails so not sure how bad it is 😟

No, you're still not getting it!!!!!!

Both are not to blame. They only exist due to demand from men. They only stay open due to men using them.

The nwn who use them have a responsibility to their life partners. The sex workers do not.

Wrong! Absolutely and completely wrong! There would be no club for the men to enter, if the woman didn't offer it.

You're again, blaming the person buying heroin and not the trafficker! The trafficker/seller has at least 50% to blame.

It's the woman giving the product, without which the man would have no product.

TheoTheopolis23 · 25/07/2023 17:45

BathroomOnTheRight · 25/07/2023 17:40

Once again, sigh, if women didn't choose to do this, the clubs wouldn't exist in the first place.

Once again, sigh, if it wasn't lucrative - because of the men who use them - they wouldn't "choose" to do it.

BathroomOnTheRight · 25/07/2023 17:46

QueefQueen80s · 25/07/2023 17:40

@BathroomOnTheRight The women are never to blame. They are doing it because of mens seedy needs and lack of opportunities. Most have had some kind of negative sexual encounter when younger, or abuse, that has lead them to think men only value them for their bodies.

If you would never do it, as I never would, then we've been lucky enough to not have been treated so badly by MEN when younger that it has lead to earning money to exist for MENS pleasure. Have some support for your fellow woman.
Did your husband cheat with a prostitute? That's on him

Absolutely wrong! What you're doing is saying the Heroin Trafficker is not to blame, it's the buyer.

The woman created the product. She is at least half (at least) to blame. There is NEVER any justification to choose that industry. Never! No matter what!

The woman created the product

Only because of demand from men.

They open because men will pay for it. They stay open because men keep paying for it.

Sigh, there would be no product for the man to use, if the woman wasn't offering it.

Again, you're blaming the person buying heroin and saying it's not the Heroin Trafficker's fault. They're just performing a service. Right? There is no justification or reason for your argument, and I think deep down you know that.

Oh and the drug analogy is ridiculous and false.

Noone needs to have a strange woman rub their ass on their crotch ..... Like a heroin addicts "needs" heroin.

It's not an addictive drug.

It's a choice.

The man's choice.

He could sit out the club and meet later, as many do.

He could do nothing more than what he's forced to do in the club. Not but private/personal lap dances.

That is his choice, his responsibility.

MrsMarieMopps · 25/07/2023 17:51

I think 'choice' is an illusion. I have a friend who is a lap dancer, she's good at it to and has bought her own flat, car etc. She saves too. She is fiery though, due to upbringing, and by her own admission just wouldn't hack it in many workplaces. She would just storm out or get riled up. Lap dancing is the best way for her to earn substantial amounts of money.
Tell me, how am I to judge her? I earn less than her, in a minimum wage job, on UC top ups, with no hope of progression. Tell me how I'm supposed to tell her that she's actually got it wrong and she should bow and nod and be compliant for £12 an hour? If that choice was even available to her with no formal education or references.

Would people stop saying vulva. You sound daft. We would know what you meant if you said vagina!!!

Is this a serious comment? You don't know what vulva means? 🤣🤣

Rubbing a vagina on someone might be tricky unless there's a prolapse involved

TheoTheopolis23 · 25/07/2023 17:52

She would just storm out or get riled up.

They say autism and ADHD is masked by women much more than men.

It's sad.

It's absurd to say it's not the same thing.

No one 'needs' heroin either....

MrsMarieMopps · 25/07/2023 17:53

@BathroomOnTheRight you're actually unbelievable. Do you really feel that a group of women conspired together to open the first strip club? Do you think strip clubs are women owned? Do you think they make the big buck as owners? I mean I'd love it if it were true, and I would still blame the men and only the men, but sadly that isn't the case.

Lmao you're as predictable as the sun

On male dominated forums - you say something feminist "I bet you're an ugly single, cat lady, a lesbo".

On here ; you point out that cheating Ken feed ow a script "I bet you were another woman".

Point out that noone forced me to go into strip clubs and that their wives should maybe he calling them names instead of the random stripper "bet you were a stripper!!!"

Idiotic.

You're missing the point and saying things I've never said.

I don't care who opened the first strip club.

I don't care who owns them.

I do care that women choose this as a career. Just as I would someone who chooses to sell drugs and buys their own flat, car etc with the money.

QueefQueen80s · 25/07/2023 17:56

@BathroomOnTheRight No you're the one with the very strange views.

What you have described there is choice Wink

Your understanding of drug use and addiction is as good as your understanding of the sex industry.

Yes it was very predictable when you accused me of having a husband that used a stripper.

Very predictable.

You dished it out first.

@BathroomOnTheRight No you're the one with the very strange views.

If thinking the sex industry is not a admirable choice, is misogynist and harms women, colour me Ms Strange Views. I'd rather have my stance than your 'cool girl the sex industry is fun!' attitude.
