I've come to the conclusion I'm not really looking for a life partner. Like, I think, @OnceRuralNowUrbanbliss I just want someone I fancy to spend time with, flirt with, bedroom activities, go on dates and the odd weekend away - not looking for anyone to be in my pocket as I have my own life and they need to have theirs and definitely not looking for someone to live with - I like my own space too much.

Perhaps someday I'll find the elusive solution to resolve the conflict between too many and not enough.

For now I'm consoling myself and preparing for the next member by buying vintage cashmere and silk tweed pencil skirts. Oh and several capes. The capes seem important.

I'm appallingly slack and should really have a word with myself before the next adventures.

@OnceRuralNowUrbanbliss I've already been out and purchased a new box of condoms. In addition to risking infections I'm peri menopausal so still have periods and could still end up pregnant which is absolutely the last thing I want

@Mila14 .. not quite.. I happen to think then unless a man commits to my family and lives with us he’s not really committed.. or at least you don’t really know a person unless you do live with them. I am also utterly sick of assumptions I want sex the first time they come to dinner on a third date.

@Mila14 I’ve given up the apps as really I’m done with ‘having fun’, liars, and men asking me to describe my body shape..(which is a size 8 with boobs-look at my fffing photos), my sexual preferences, multiple hook ups in the loop- despite being total strangers.I’m clearly not of the ‘fun’ stock.
