Oh dear! It’s not unreasonable to assume that someone has their own normal teeth. Or even a good set of falsies! Are you going to give him the gift of feedback?

Right you lot. Never let me go on another date again. The moment he said hello I wanted to go home. I did wonder if there was a reason his mouth was closed in all his photos. He's got really big yellow teeth and they're not all there.

I'm so fed up with people hiding stuff in their profile. My teeth aren't great, so I make sure I show them in photos. I haven't got a pot belly, which you will know because I include full length shots.

I managed to stick around for an hour and a half. So much happier now with wine and Love Island and no plans for the weekend. Dating is just shit sometimes, isn't it?

Oh god I had one of these a few weeks back. The creepy guy who was trying to 'analyse' me.

So sorry. Sending wine and sympathy

I also have another datezero lined up with Mr.Strongandstable. He’s a long way away but I’m kind of nearby next week so I can drag on my newly formed dating outfit (thankyou style and beauty section) and crack on. He wants a wife though. I’ve been a wife and have no wish to do that again. He’s got nice legs though.

Post date debrief...A drink in a lovely pub, ate chips on the seafront, watched the sunset over the sea, lots of snogs on the beach.
Then more snogs and cuddles...

Because he was on Muddy Matches originally, although I only matched with him on Bumble (also partly to do with his job which involves mud in a round a bout way!)

It was the perfect date and he was the perfect gentleman. I'm going to try and arrange another date as soon we can - he's already text to say he wants to meet up again ASAP as he had such a good time!

I have not given My Ecology the gift of feedback yet. I'm usually very fastidious in getting the thanks-but-no-thanks message sent quickly so they know where I stand. I'm just fed up with always doing the right thing when people hide their teeth so I'm not doing anything. I think he knows anyway - I reckon my vibes were pretty obvious.

No response from Mr Lawyer since checking in post hols so that tells me it's a no go.

I have a child free weekend too so debating what to do! At the moment I have the return of library books on my agenda #rockandroll and perhaps getting my nails done and having a lamb biryani ALONE tonight! I'm too tired to organise stuff with friends especially after going no contact with everyone for 2 whole weeks!

Loving all the successful stories and dirty ducks snogging date. I'm longing for a snog as it's been a year.

I had a date zero yesterday,I knew he was a couple of inches smaller than me which was fine but he was built like a stick and I felt hugh walking around the lake with him. I said I'd put on a bit of weight in lockdown and his reply was to stop eating the cake and chocolate,so that put me off,will do that in my own time thank you Mr fit( who hates vegetables,I mean honestly, I do pick them).
But he wanted a second date and although I didn't, it's given me confidence that he wanted one!

because of my aborted trip one of my date zero's is cancelled.

I now have the prospect of 3 in one day on Tuesday. I think I'm going to cancel with friend vibe one and will see if I can stick to MissChelsea and MrIrish. Both of them know I haven't been well after my accident so I do do have to postpone I will give plenty of notice ...

@kerkyra i dates a skinny rake once, he had the loveliest face but we could have swapped clothes so… i’m average size like a 10 (not in the UK so 38EU) shame because we clicked i just had no desire to jump his bones!
@BelladiMamma so you didn’t manage the flight that’s a shame but sounds like a right scary episode what you had!
@troobleflooble @Dirtyduck pleased to hear your positive stories/dates with MrMetal and MrMud (hope i got them names right) i’m an overthinker too and just really can’t get it out or my head MrElf will do a 180 on me. He’s away another week or so and it just feels an age to keep up contact with messages and video chats an maybe he’ll lose interest. I’m crossing fingers he stays keen! I’m invested and still early days, met in June on my birthday for the first time ever. I joke he was my birthday present!
@WeWantTheFinestWines that’s a scary image with the teeth. Sorry it was crap with MrEcology(i think) I remember a date i had with a really nice guy. Although all his photo’s had a hat of some sort and we met twice for evening drinks/walks in winter in the evening. First time we went for tea together at a restaurant he took his hat off an he was completely bald he looked SO different. As shallow as it sounds i just couldn’t see any attraction to him.
Oh loves the ‘longshit’ comment that really made me giggle.
@Misty9 how’s things with you, kids keeping you busy with their holidays? @Isitreallyme177 your heart to heart with the trainer sounds like it did you the world of good. Honestly talking helps so much as does typing on here and getting others views even if they come across as harsh. It’s really hard to see how your being treated when you’re living the experiences. Takes others ‘objective’ views to give more perspective!

@Naimee87 yes so I had my phone off for 10 days! I have lots of friends who I speak to loads so nice just to switch off. I had a date zero a week before leaving and had a brilliant time but did let him know I would not be messaging whilst away. But didn't hear back once I texted yesterday so I'm just leaving it, perhaps he changed his mind whilst I was away!

Wow what strength! I haven't been able to have my phone off since I separated from my ex, I feel I need to be always on for the DC & anything else that needs my attention

@Eesha - Hope you had a great holiday. I'm afraid I'd have FOMO being NC for 2 weeks! Hope your guy gets in touch once he's stopped sulking (hopefully that's all it is).

I have a date with MrBE later today. I'd joking suggested seeing him last night too when talking on the phone Thurs night. He didn't mention it yesterday and nor did I. He waited til 5pm to msg and ask what time were we meeting! I said I hadn't got any childcare arranged so no go. He asked how I was going to make it up to him on Sat (today) and I thought, here we go - sexual favours. But, before I could reply he msg to say 'just you on my arm Sat'. I almost swooned, lol.
