Right, I've dumped Mr BE's stuff outside his house. He ignored me knocking but when I drove past a bit later he's taken it all inside Hmm effing immature twat. And I've deleted his number. Meanwhile, 7 matches on tinder and not one message. What is the bloody point?! Angry

What's the deal with tinder? With bumble I think because it's more female led even if the guys can message you after matching they generally expect the woman to at least say hi 👋🏻

@Misty9 well done for getting it done and then deleting him, you can move on unencumbered now. Even if the tinder matches won't speak. I remember messaging a bunch of matches all at once and got no replies so pretty much never message first now 😔

@Misty9, it’s behaviour like that from Mr BE that is total mind fuck. And completely unnecessary. If he’s decided that it’s not for him anymore then surely he could act like a civilised person and explain himself in a call or at the very least texts. Being ignored absolutely drives me mad. It’s him with the issue not you so try not to dwell any longer on his behaviour. ❤️

Help. The guy that made the rough comment about my hobbies on Bumble - I unmatched with no explanation. He's now found me on Facebook and has sent me a message.

I haven't opened it yet.

I should just block, right?

I was feeling a little guilty because I'd unmatched without explanation but that's the beauty of the app, isn't it?

I'm guessing he found me using Google images search?

Misty sorry things ended that way with Mr BE. His immaturity is stunning.

On the tinder matches, I decided to message some of my silent ones last night and got about a 50% response rate - my plan is to give the others 24 hours and unmatch. Im not feeling excited about any of them except maybe one who didn’t respond so meh! I try not to take it personally (lies- I totally take it personally!)
The tinder guy from Sunday messaged me last night and we chatted for a while. He said at the end he loved chatting to me and wanted to do so again in a couple of days. I like that he’s not bombarding me with messages and I don’t have time to meet until next week so he won’t be a penpal in the mean time. He’s interesting- I’m going to name him Mr Activist.

I’m definitely thinking you need a good distraction, will see if i can come up with some good suggestions.

Try not to focus on the fact you know he is talking to others, that one could have easily fizzled out by now anyway, and true you might not even like him. His profile and our messages were still on Tinder but his photos had gone and a silhouette in their place (never seen that before). He does have my number and knows where I live. I could bump into him as I go to his town quite a lot for shopping(in fact I'm going there tomorrow) and places near it for walks but so far I haven't. I remember the first time I went shopping after our argument after we met, I was so scared that I would bump into him so much so I cut my trip short. It doesn't bother me now. I would stop to chat and I would hope he would do the same, after all we're both adults.

He might have deleted his profile? This is what happens on bumble when they delete theirs. If anything it's good news that he's deleted - he's either decided to stay single or has met someone else.

Am thinking I'm definitively going to bin off MrCypriot because for all his nice guy vibes I left Monday evening because of worried about driving with concussion and son's A Level results the next day. He hasn't asked if I got home safely & if the results were ok. Granted he might have been disappointed or embarrassed that I didn't respond to his 'vibe' but equally he's never spoken to me about a FWB arrangement or otherwise. And I'm getting less of the friend vibes the more I think about it 🤔
