Hi Dior, oh dear, shame he wasn't able to keep it up. But the fact he's trying is a good one - at least you can be friends SOME of the time ...

Dp's home for a week, hence my time off. He's been very nice, even did a good stir fry for dinner last night. But he did stay up till 4am this morning & I wasn't too happy about that - and he had his usual two bottles - where does he put it? Tried not to show my annoyance, just said I'd missed him and went back to sleep, as he's been very affectionate about missing me and I don't want to spoil our few days together. He's enjoying the play though, and the rest of the cast and his landlady are v good company. I think he's finding being in noisy north London a bit of a culture shock after the peace of Norfolk.

dd's going to her father's tonight so we'll have a couple of days alone before dp goes back to Norfolk. I know he misses our 'quality time' together and I told him last night that I sometimes feel torn in half as both he and dd want me to themselves. I'm taking her to the cinema today, so he'll have to understand.
