Go on, give it a go

1. He comes over and takes me in his arms and strokes my hair when i have a hormonal moment

2. He takes an interest in something and really pursues it and becomes really good at it, like DJing, magic, photography, design etc etc

3. He's fun loving, confident and really chatty. A great person to have around.

4. He puits up with me, tells me he loves me, makes me feel sexy and happy

5. He's a great dad and makes his children happy.

Well I allow myself to have an untidy house, DP is just a willing partner in my grime

1. He regularly books me surprise holidays (Barcelona, Venice, Prague, Rome, Florence etc.)
2. Buys me clothes and shoes when he sees something he thinks I'll like. Even if he's out with colleagues he'll drag them into the shop with him.
3. He's a great dad and adores our DS.
4. Runs me baths with candles and bubbles when he knows I'm on my way home after a hard day at work.
5. Makes me laugh.
6. Brings home free wine as he works for a wine company.

3. He permitted me to choose DS's name (from a shortlist)

5. He gives me a very reasonable weekly allowance

1. is a soppy, and caring with me, the children, rabbit, the future dog

1. supplies me with chocolate nearly everyday and is willing to go to the 24 garage to buy me my favourite Lindt or plain chocolate when pissed off and upset at 2am

1. Has the patience of a saint - most men would probably have given up on our marriage years ago but he's kept putting up with me

1. When he's home he takes almost 100% of the childcare off of me, and helps with the housework too

1. His new exercise regime (weights) is paying off nicely and he's looking very fit

6. he has supported all of my choices about staying at home and going to work

I could go on and on, but basically he's the nicest, kindest, sweetest man in the world and that's why I married him......

what a fab thread it has made me sit down and really think of all the wonderful things he does for me and our little ones, maybe i'll show this to my DP later and get him to do the same!!

That was my intention sparkles thats a good idea re getting your DH to return the favour, you go for it!
