Well, since dp doesn't criticize, dd has just told me I'm a terrible mother & I made her cook her own pasta on Sunday - it WAS edible .

I now expect the cats to say I'm a terrible mother because I didn't get up to feed them till 1pm yesterday.

Bad Mother. Bad Mother!

And dp has cooked dinner!!!!

mummytosteven · 02/07/2007 20:59

will do Bree

lou33 · 02/07/2007 20:59

Fubsy · 02/07/2007 21:12

Just a quickie while a few of you are here - will be lying low for a while as just found out P has been on MN (not to mention some dating and fuckbuddy sites. )

Will be deleting my stuff and coming back under a different name soon.

Love to you all

my exh did it too, and hacked my email account

Tanee58 · 03/07/2007 11:37

It happened to a friend of mine - but she eventually got him to agree to a divorce and eventually move out (2 years after the divorce!) It certainly told him a few home truths and he never spoke to her friends again! I guess MN makes them insecure as they know we're talking about them. So far dp's not done it - I think. He takes it all in good humour - probably guesses I've had a moan but isn't computer literate enough to bother to try to hack in .

Fubsy, hope you'll be ok and let us know when you're back under new name.

Dior & Lou, how's you today? I'm feeling ok as dp has been good company and finally learned how to use the washing machine - a long line of his trousers are now hanging out in the rain - next week he goes away for two months and I'll only see him for odd days - not sure if I'm sad or slightly looking forward to it. At least I won't be sitting by the recycling box counting the empties ...

lou33 · 03/07/2007 11:59

i'm ok i guess

maybe the 2m away will help you see things more clearly?

Oh, I'm sorry Dior. Do you want to talk about it?

Lou, any more news on the exh front?

I know I'll miss p dreadfully when he's gone, especially now he's in a better mood. Up to last week I was really counting the days! And he'll be drinking less as he'll have to get up early for rehearsals .

But it will be nice to be able to plan my evenings just for dd and me - I can just sit in front of crap TV if I feel like it, and do my quilting which I've got out of the habit of in recent months.

If he'd only realise that he might be a contributory factor to your depression!

Ah, pasta! So simple, and tasty. It always seems like the perfect meal to me - in fact I'm having a Tesco lasagne as I type! And with all the sauces you can have with it, how can it not be considered a perfect home-cooked meal?

Yes, remote control in hand is good. Dp likes listening to music and sometimes all dd and I want to do is watch rubbish. I'm planning to borrow the entire Poldark series from the library and watch Pride & Prejudice again (he likes drama, but says the twiddly theme music sets his teeth on edge!)

lou33 · 03/07/2007 15:51

no news on exh front, but i take that as a good sign, his silence

heard from exbf on friday tho, seems he is still thinking of me

got alunch date this fri, so that will pass a couple of hours

Tanee58 · 03/07/2007 17:15

Exbf eh? Is he a nice one? My dp was an exbf and look at us now ...

lou33 · 03/07/2007 17:20

he's the one who emigrated and i am struggling to move on from

Tanee58 · 03/07/2007 17:41

Ah. Emigrated. No good then . Better concentrate on the lunch date then. Is that someone nice?

(really I should go home but am trapped in the office by a thunderstorm).

lou33 · 03/07/2007 17:44

i guess he is

i have to go to buy cake lol

Dior, hope ds will be better soon. I'm feeling well-stressed at work as boss is away, I'm supposed to be doing HIS work as well as mine, only one intern in today and she's just said she's leaving end of the month (just when I wanted some time off). Damn damn damn! Another intern left last Friday and our longest standing intern, a very good one, leaves at end of month also. We will have no one to run the office but boss & me. This is not going to be a relaxed summer...

Dp still in good mood but couldn't find his mp3 player leads yesterday and I think he thinks I've put them away somewhere - I don't even know what they look like. And I still wonder where his libido's gone - brief reappearance last week proved illusory .

Bah! (stressed, cross & frustrated emoticon!)

Tanee58 · 04/07/2007 12:43

The only good thing is that last intern left chocolate behind her .

JARM · 04/07/2007 12:53

Hope M is ok mate, give him a hug from me.

DOnt worry too much - we will get something sorted!
