Showed my DP this thread. He said he has a guy at work that has to take all his clothes off to poo, even at work. He hangs them outside the door!

My DP sits down to wee. I think it's great and we always giggle about it when I see him do it. He's had a chat with his mates about it and quite a few of them also sit down to wee.

He doesn't have to be naked to poo though!

Dh says if only we women would come round the the idea of having a urinal in the bathroom, we'd all become converted to the idea of peeing upright as it's such a joyous feeling

I was not ripping the piss out of him. I was asking for help with a psycherlogical problem I have after seeing him sitting down to wee changed my opinion of him. He is a big sturdy hairy chested man with big hands and feet and to see him sitting like my 4yo with his trousers round his ankles, widdling, made me feel queasy. I am disappointed nobody can see why I feel like this. MN is not what it used to be.

sorry for the slight hijack, but surely blokes don't sit down to do a poo then clean up and stand up to wee? i'm fairly certain my dh does both sitting down. which i'm glad about to be honest, because when he's just in for a pee he somehow manages to make it sound like the victoria falls which gets on my nerves.

My DH sits to pee, but I prefer it tbh, at least I dont have to wipe his pee off the seat, I dont walk into a puddle of pee on the floor, and I dont have to worry about the seat being up all the time!
