Semi light hearted thread not made to make people feel bad. Just curious how happy others genuinely are... some of my friends seem to have found such a perfect match it's unreal, surely all partners are annoying at times?!

I think mines pretty average/crap at times. Sometimes feel it's the beginning of the end. Other times we're happy. Married 8 years.
Based on a 1-10 scale , 1 being awful and 10 being perfect marriage I'd say we're a 5/6 what about you lot?

9 but I am in honeymoon period.

2 years together, I'd say I'm a 9

9 years in, I'd say I'm a solid 8.5/9. He makes me very happy but has super irritating moments.

i sat here for 5 mins and still can't think of anything he does that annoys me.... YET!

7 here. 8 on a good day. Been together coming up to 10 years. 2 kids.

Nearly 8 years in, I'd say definitely 8-8.5/10! We're a very good match for each other

Together 2.5 years. Average a 9 I'd say.

Most days I feel very, very lucky. I didn't realise it was possible to have a relationship like this.

But we do have odd days which are a 1!

When people answer these sorts of questions do they give equal thought to the happiness of their partner? I would rate my marriage 6/7 - my DH probably would give the same rating - I know there are lots of things about me that irritate him/make him unhappy. I doubt either of us would leave - (of course I may be proved wrong) been together 33 years .

5 1/2 years, I'd rate it about 9.5. All my friends wish they could clone him, because he's one in a million.

Pretty close to ten. We've been married for decades. Work together, share the same interests. I can't imagine life without him.

7.5/8 been together 25 years. Married for 20

Together 18 years , around a 6. It would be more if I he pulled his weight a lot more than he does, we get on well.

Nearly 10 years in. DH would kill me if he knew I was on this thread because he doesn't like this sort of thing. On a good day I would say 10 on a bad day 6 (but even on a bad day I know that I would struggle to find someone nicer than him). So on an average day 8.5.

10, we have little niggles but we're very open with each other and most importantly have alot of fun together.

He is funny and kind and I'm very lucky to have him

Together 23 years. We are ridiculously compatible considering how completely different we ate. I'd knock a half off as we could have a slightly more spontaneous sex life :)

5/6? After 25yrs Totally loyal, reliable, trustworthy. No spark, none. Some very irritating habits. Poor communication despite loads of work. Basically I do all the running emotionally, he just shows up.
