Hope the Relate session goes OK. Sounds as if you are quite positive about it but that dh is more reticent (- is that a fair assessment?) Hope he begins to see the benefit of it soon though, more importantly, that you begin to feel that you're starting to address your own issues first. Report back when you get a chance.

Seriously, glad to hear it went well and that things seems to be progressing. You're not going to solve everything overnight but I can understand that it must be frustrating to both of you at times.

Just looked back and realised it's only four weeks since you started this thread. How much has happened since then!

Have you already booked a regular appointment to see them each week? You certainly seemed to be looking forward to it.

Have to go in a couple of minutes to collect the ladybird that is dd, in her Comic Relief costume, from school. Will try to catch you later, otherwise will check the thread over the weekend.
