Here goes - thread 4 and definitely the last one now, sheesh!!

Who knew instigating divorce could be so bloody long winded!!

My last thread was 'It isn't Work Stress, it's emotional abuse and you're going to get divorced because of it H!'

Rottweiler solicitor (Rottie) and a non molestation order on Tuesday yippee!!

Good tips Pond, will do, I'll get a doctored version of it up in a minute!

Haha, yes Alice - I had to rescue a plastic bag that dd2's hamster was attacking through its cage because it was too close so hammie2 had obviously seen the opportunity to let rip so to speak - I took that as an expression of relief on Hammies part!

Right on to copy and pasting now!

Name, I have no doubt that he is just licking his wounds, rather than has actually absorbed the letter. Just keep on guard for the duration, I can see something springing up at some point.

nozzz · 27/10/2014 18:41

Be careful about c&p anything here, it's still early days - wouldn't give even the slightest chance to being traced to this thread.

don't worry Nozz - he really is useless with regards to things like MN. He honestly wouldn't have a clue!

Brilliant letter! Very nice and polite then BAM! POW! here comes the last paragraph!

thenamehaschanged · 27/10/2014 19:02

Haha I know Pond! I didn't c&p the last bit but she tells him he's got until 1st November to piss off! Grin

Our client has made it quite clear that she does not wish to reconcile with you and does not wish to have any contact with you whatsoever unless it is through solicitors.

Well that explains the lack of calls since Friday.

My bet is he's shown this/discussed it with someone (maybe the person he was dining with for 70 quid at the Chinese on Friday Grin and they've told him 'don't try contact her this weekend mate otherwise you'll get accused of harassment. See a solicitor first ...' or summat like that maybe? [Post edited by MNHQ]

Haha yes hope so Font!! Grin

Isn't it wonderful to see yourself referred to as 'our client' and no longer have to think of yourself as an item of his property who is too uppity by half Grin.

thenamehaschanged · 27/10/2014 20:07

Oh absolutely Mathanxiety! Grin

Just remember name, your going through a legal process, not just your husband that may look for background information. I'll say no more.

HansieLove · 27/10/2014 20:30

I found it interesting to read Rotties letter but I think you should now delete it, as I doubt she wants her letter online.
It's just great you got away!

CSIJanner · 27/10/2014 20:33

unlurks

In light of Nozz's last post, maybe get MN to delete your 1850 post of today's?

relurks

thenamehaschanged · 27/10/2014 20:53

Fontella · 27/10/2014 21:44

Dunno if you want to get my post deleted or not Name - I've quoted a couple of lines from the letter?

You may not be bothered, but if you are, feel free to get it deleted.

thenamehaschanged · 27/10/2014 21:50

Thanks Font, no I think that will be ok thanks - honestly had no idea me posting that here, even as incognito as I could make it, could be dodgy!

Thanks

Aw, I missed the letter! There's always pm though (hint hint Grin). It does look like it's done the job for the moment. Fontella's speculation about Friday evening's chinese sounds likely, doesn't it? Let's hope he stays biddable for the duration...

Adarajames · 28/10/2014 03:20

I've been away with no internet access (yes Norfolk is that backwards it seems!?! WinkGrin) and been wondering how things were with you, and sooo happy to see the great news! Yayyyyyy!! You're free! Yippee! Onwards and upwards now then! Soo pleased for you and your girls x

Zazzles007 · 28/10/2014 06:53

Me too! I missed the letter as well. Glad it was a good'un though Grin.

Nutters like Twatty do need the force of the law to comply though. Its a shame people like this aren't a whole lot more reasonable. Oh well, what can you do..... (get a Rottie on your side is obviously the answer Grin)

40somethingwonderful · 28/10/2014 08:32

I missed the letter too !

My auntie was in an abusive relationship and managed to get out and rebuild a wonderful life.

Loving the latest updates :)

SouthernOne · 28/10/2014 10:56

I hope you get some good news from Rottie today.

Enjoy your half term holiday with the girls:)

ChameleonCircuit · 28/10/2014 11:43

I missed seeing the letter, too, but I'm still lurking here with my pom-poms cheering you on, Name. So pleased you're finally getting free - just reading about him was scaring me!
