dp just blew up at me again and im terrified.

Im in trouble again and i want to leave but i cant,i cant protect myself or my kids from it,all verbal so far,feel so bad ive stated cutting myself again.

Ive added being harrassed by my neighbours to my list of stresses,at least as a counter irritation it takes the focus off his usual obsessions!now dealing with police for neighbours,and the council-on top of my ex/courtcase-csa-debt-shitpsychomother.........give up alcohol?i think notSad

Dear Tyedye, please get help, I was one of the children in a relationship like this and waited all my life (silently) for mum to put an end to it. We lived in fear and I think lost a lot of respect for our mum for putting up with it. The situation really damaged our relationship though we love her to bits at the same time. Mum finally left dad after more than 30 years of marriage and has never looked back, she´s really really happy, you wouldn´t recognize her as the same person. You deserve so much more than you have, accept help from any organisation that can help you make a fresh start! I wish my mother had done this when we were little for all our our sakes!
