CheshireCat is Hungarian. But when I was walking towards the exit of the place last night, she was at the last table, sat with some friends (including, it turns out, a british teacher who was trying to chat her up) - and she looked up at me with this dazzling smile and I actually stumbled. That's never happened before.

So I sat down and chatted to her. I didn't realise I'd actually alpha-maled the teacher out of the way as I was just trying to make the CheshireCat laugh and vaguely noticed when he disappeared. That's never happened before either.

So then I wasn't so narked about the Translator.

I Internet dated a chap from Chicago once. that was over ten years ago and we're still in contact. I like the romantic notion of someone being right despite location... Sadly the practicalities didn't quite do it, but he's still and always will be a warm glow in my firmament.

Something funny/adorable happened... I'd mentioned to nameless that I'd never seen a TV show he likes. The box set turned up unannounced today. No-one has ever done that before, an unannounced, unwanted and non-birthday gift. That's the kind of thing I do.

Oh no. I think I have just screwed up any chance I had with the translator. She was FB messaging me, and I sent her a link to a youtube video by Tim Minchin on dancing bears - as we'd had a conversation about it when at the zoo.

However, I copied the wrong link. So I sent her 'If you really loved me' which includes the line about sticking a finger up the perineum.

I think it's a fantastic song. But she may take it the wrong way. Especially once she's looked up the Hungarian for perineum.

Ha Bant you are a genius and will be much better off with the all-round super CC. I like that she seems keen and is not playing games with you.

I'm actually, on the quiet, getting quite excited about my Saturday date. He seems really nice. It is his first Internet date ever. I'm really hoping that this means he hasn't got into sweet-trolley mode and it will just be like a RL date. He's in the same line of work as me so we will have plenty to talk about anyway. I even quite fancy him off his photos ... You never know!

How very exciting OWW he sounds promising, especially him actually being fanciable.
