After the overwhelming support I've received on my thread I had to start another. Well I didn't have to but I have found all the advice so helpful that even if I only receive one more piece it will help.

I'll try and post the link to the full sorry story. Never linked on my phone before so it may not work.

Just caught up with your threads OP, what an incredible, strong, kick-ass woman you are! All power to you. Just wanted to add my voice to the multitudes cheering you on Smile

JaxTellerIsAllMine · 21/04/2013 17:58

CabbageLeaves · 21/04/2013 18:03

cjel · 21/04/2013 18:53

Jux · 21/04/2013 19:03

Fierce Various Sizes, eh, LNM? Always wanted a size that was Fierce. Grin

OMG! Those Wonder Woman things are utterly horrible!

LoserNoMore · 21/04/2013 19:20

Oh im far from Wonder Woman. I can imagine doing the school run wearing those. Dd's would be mortified!

Cabbage, go on, get the blades out.

I had those strap on metal ones. Shows how old I am! We went out to play and no-one wore helmets or knee pads. Don't know how we all survived our childhood really Grin

I'm too scared to play Candy Crush, so many of my friends are addicted to it.

CabbageLeaves · 21/04/2013 23:10

Do you want to kill me LNM? I am the bread winner in this house although enforced sickness absence would do me the world of good right now what sort of injury would prevent me working but not be too painful, disabling eh?

The strap on metal things had a ratchet to lengthen and shorten etc. Kids today dunno what they're missing

AndTheBandPlayedOn · 21/04/2013 23:46

Caught up with you LMN. I'm glad you are feeling/doing better and feel it is a sure bet this week will be better than last!

I am so glad that you said "not my problem" to The Idiot's latest announcement. Please consider having operational hours for your phone, for example turn it off nightly 10pm-8am. He can cry on his sister's shoulder if he is so desolate in the middle of the night.

I also doubt the truth of it. The obvious classiness Hmm of OW shouts rather clearly that laying traps to catch a man is all fair play. She probably believes he left you for her, so this should be the trump card for her to triumph. Still looking for evidence of a few lucid grey cells, as he is apparently falling for it hook, line, and sinker.

My fingers are crossed for you regarding the STI check.

AndTheBandPlayedOn · 22/04/2013 00:00

We had the metal skates with the wingnut to lengthen, and the "key" to tighten the toe clamps. Our basement was unfinished and we'd swing around the steel column...Blush sorry.

Can't keep the hulahoop up either- my hiney is big enough but no sense of rhythm! Blush

Jump rope start date: Star date 49237 Wink. I am going to give the C25K program a try.

Jux · 22/04/2013 00:06

What is this Candy Crush thing?

CabbageLeaves, you could try that toy which was two plastic balls on a piece of elastic which broke wrists.... (there was a girl down the road who had them, but she wasn't generous with them. Probably just as well. It does make you wonder how we survived.)

tightfortime · 22/04/2013 00:15

LMN I've missed a few days (STBXH life laundry but nothing like yours) but wanted to say hello and hand hold before thread number three.

Sherbet pips and Ghost in the Graveyard is all I can offer.

Seriously, I am in awe of your resilience, amazingness and really, how special you are to warrant such fun and heartfelt support on here.

Pity RL support isn't so hot but for what it's worth, OW timing stinks. In a very fishy way...

Franky you're right - not your problem, karma, septic dick etc etc. just get yourself checked, condoms or not.

Look after you and yours, frankly I'd avoid the shower and skipping if I was you, the others have me traumatised but a bit obsessive just wondering about it. Kegals anyone?

Head up mrs, you're fab and the more regular gang on here are too. I'll be following, lurking and cheering you on always. Your kids have an amazing mum xxx

pmgkt · 22/04/2013 07:51

Mrsm hasn't been on for ages, since she found out about her Hubby. Does anyone know if she is ok?.

CabbageLeaves · 22/04/2013 07:52

Jus. That sounds more like a sex aid

I think you have to have rhythm and be supple to hula and do the sex balls thing (with your hand...I'm talking now). That sounds worse doesn't it!

I have neither.

Except when I'm alone and then I'm Erin Boag

swallowedAfly · 22/04/2013 08:06

pmg did she start her own thread?

i cannot hula.

morning lnm - hope you have a nice day to yourself today whilst the girls are at school. i take it you're not back at work today?

JaxTellerIsAllMine · 22/04/2013 08:08

morning, I was wondering about mrss too Sad hope she is ok.

Candy Crush is a stupid, but bloody addictive game on internet. I was stuck on 288 for weeks. Managed to get past it last night.

MadameOvary · 22/04/2013 08:12

Ooh I know of people who started playing Candy Crush and were never heard of again.

I'm too scared to play it. Blush

swallowedAfly · 22/04/2013 08:23

words of wonder is my current addiction. i feel like it's at least doing a bit of brain training in the use it or lose it stakes.

Iam could you pass on big hugs to Mrs.>>

lazarusb · 22/04/2013 12:31

Please send hugs from me too. I've been thinking about her & looking for a thread. Can't imagine what she's going through, particularly re:the complicated family situation. Sad All this hurt for a bit of 'fun'.

Repeatedlydoingthetwist · 22/04/2013 14:10

I've not long joined the site, stumbled upon thread one yesterday and spent all evening catching up. LNM you are ace, so strong and an inspiration to those who find themselves in a similar situation.

I also wish that those who slag off Mumsnet could see the support and care being given by total strangers here, hardly the hornets/vipers that keep appearing in the press is it?! Keep up the good work ladies Thanks

JaxTellerIsAllMine · 22/04/2013 15:44

Iamshera could you please give mrss a huge hug from me, and ask her to come back to MN, she will get huge virtual support. I hope she is getting it in RL. Sad

hows things today LNM?
