obviously it depends on your definition of vegetables, but potatoes are easy food, you have to be a tough grown up person to eat stuff like brocoli, spinach, raw cabbage :o

People who have very limited taste in food are seen as unsophisticated and childlike..BUT peoples taste buds (ie the concentration and senstivity of) do vary alot.
Some people are much more sensitive to flavour and texture
