In continuation from previous thread:

Watch do not talk exclusivity until you have assessed the contents of his trouser department after the 5th date. Only after you have assessed the contents of his trouser department the 5th date do you decide whether or not the willy he is worth the commitment.

And yes, of course you go on Friday!! What on earth are you thinking woman! Today you were the BOSS of a coconut shy, a few of his friends will be nothing compared to that!

I've got to go make coffee, I've just watch Paying it Forward and I am in bits! BITS!

Do I need to wear a hat or a fascinator cos the only hats I wear are trilby style.

In fact I think we should be bridesmaids therefore no need for hats Wink

ChaoticismyLife · 18/06/2012 16:31

Love the link Grin

TimeForMeAndDD · 18/06/2012 16:46

I think I should be Matron of Honour! Seeing as it twas I who gave approval in the first instance. And I want a dress and a bottom just like Pippa Middletons. And I demand would like that the Best Man is in his late 40's, tall, gorgeous and solvent. And I want to catch the bouquet too. You can fight amongst yourselves for the rest Grin

OP posts:
ChaoticismyLife · 18/06/2012 16:58

I just want a dress that gives me a body like Elle McPherson's Grin

watchoutforthatsnail · 18/06/2012 17:21

:)

Time does take alll credit.

You can all be bridesmaids and we can feast on cake and rum.

Now, I just need to break this news to mr lovely.....

TimeForMeAndDD · 18/06/2012 17:26

I've never had rum. One glass of wine and I'm anybodies. Will I be safe with rum?

Just tell him you are taking him to a gig watch, we will all be there, on stage, with the vicar. And bouncers on the door so he can't do a runner Grin

OP posts:
ChaoticismyLife · 18/06/2012 17:38

Grin Time

I've never had rum either. I usually drink southern comfort or gin.

TimeForMeAndDD · 18/06/2012 17:48

I've never tried Southern Comfort either. I got drunk on gin at 18, sicked up everywhere, tried cleaning it up with kitchen roll and blocked the toilet. Parents went ballistic and took my key off me Grin I've never touched it since. I do like a Vodka though.

OP posts:
watchoutforthatsnail · 18/06/2012 18:00

Time, have you thought about wedding planning as a career....

MirandaWest · 18/06/2012 18:13

I don't drink rum. Or southern comfort.

Do like gin though :)

Mr Nice has been emailing about going on holiday together :) this is an exciting thought. Really must try and work out summer holidays and where I will be when, where children will be when etc, do at least know when children and I are going on holiday :)

TimeForMeAndDD · 18/06/2012 18:50

Not sure about the watch, I would probably end up talking the majority of women out of it Grin

Gosh Miranda That is serious!!

OP posts:
TimeForMeAndDD · 18/06/2012 18:50

that not the Hmm

Snapespeare · 18/06/2012 19:10

Oh rum!! :)

In the absense of any dating and the presence of general angst, i have started a fitness kick. I'm on day 8 of low carb, alcohol only at weekends and am going to start couch to 5k again. I have bought scales. Fuckmeiwilldie.

Snapespeare · 18/06/2012 19:11

miranda. Thats's lovely. :)

watchoutforthatsnail · 18/06/2012 19:11

Miranda!!!! My goodness!!!!

Mr lovely and I might get a weekend away in my tent... He's Never camped, ever. I reckon he will love it. It's been mentioned anyway :)

And we have set a date for the day after I get back from holiday... He's taking ne out for dinner because he ' likes doing stuff with me'

Bit Jealous because he's off to the albert hall this weekend. And if I wasn't going away he said I could have gone.

TimeForMeAndDD · 18/06/2012 19:25

Have you stopped smoking too Snape? Grin

Watch do you remember that time, way back, when you had a serious panic attack cos a bloke wanted to take you out to dinner? Things are definitely different this time round, I can tell you Grin

OP posts:
hatesponge · 18/06/2012 19:42

:) at both watch and miranda. happy stuff is nice to hear!

I have cancelled one date as I cba he's too short, too young and clearly only wants a shag. Second one gone silent so may vanish.

And the other one who I liked far more than those two has gone all weird.

So all going a bit badly here, not much change in that!

Snapespeare · 18/06/2012 19:50

Stopped smoking!?!?!?! Are you insane. i need one tiny little vice and as i'm not getting any sex, i'm keeping the cigs just now..(but will drop them once i feel a bit healthier, i know thats like an oxymoron or something, i dont care.)

watchoutforthatsnail · 18/06/2012 20:07

Sponge, but Hurrah for not being taken in and working out that's all he wants, and saying no,because that's not what you want. That's impressive. You should be proud of yourself.

Ive had a text. Again. From someone I was chatting to about 3/4months ago, who never actually asked me out, just hinted at it. Apparently he misses me.... Even though we have had no contact for months. Fool!!!!!

Time, yep. And a,man bringing a bag ( fwb, dumped after that crime) I suspect the lesson to be learnt is something to do with things not mattering when It's the right person should I mention mr lovely brought bags, guitars and has left a toothbrush

TimeForMeAndDD · 18/06/2012 20:16

Grin at least the fags are low carb Snape

watch, you really have gone all soppy you know. Just goes to prove that the right man can soften even the hardest of hearts Grin Not that I am suggesting you had a hard heart prior to Mr Lovely, you understand?

OP posts:
watchoutforthatsnail · 18/06/2012 20:20

Oh. I did when it came to men, I'm sure..

Didn't trust them. At all.

But what I have learnt, even if this is all this is...... Is that they aren't all.cocks, or pebbledicks ( thank you snape!!!) And there are some nice ones about..

TimeForMeAndDD · 18/06/2012 20:28

You deserve to have met a nice one watch, you put a heck of a lot of effort into this dating lark, kissed a lot of pebbledicks along the way Grin but you persevered, and now look at you!

OP posts:
ChaoticismyLife · 18/06/2012 20:29

Miranda things are getting better and better :)

Snape I'm considering a health kick myself. I just have to find the motivation.

watch all those happy vibes are attracting others.
