well Time I have had my eye on these which might match quite well Grin

Miranda all sounds good! Hoping theres a spark tomorrow, certainly sounds as though you're getting on well.

TimeForMeAndDD · 25/04/2012 22:23

OMG! I love those shoes Sponge!! The are gorgeous!! I'm tall to start with though, any date I had would need scaffolding, unless he was 7ft tall Grin

Good luck for tomorrow Miranda, fingers crossed it all goes well.

MirandaWest · 25/04/2012 22:25

They are rather lovely shoes :) And at 5 foot 4 they would add useful inches to my height Grin

hatesponge · 25/04/2012 22:43

I'm 5' 6 but I love high heels :) The Scot is at a push an inch taller than me Blush. However I was wearing stupidly high shoes when I met him and he didn't seem to mind, quite the opposite in fact Grin

MyLittleMiracle · 25/04/2012 23:30

Ooh did we not know heels make you better in bed, what a load of crap that is which is obviously why I now always wear heels, especially just before just friends comes over I do love my heels now and sketchers, I an sure they help with the legs and bum, I noticed today how good they look, its really just the middle of me that needs the work, anyone got a slendertone I could borrow?

PoppaRob · 26/04/2012 00:42

How about these?
Nice bit of bling, no height issues, and it should be getting a bit warmer soon!
Wink

lovesineffable · 26/04/2012 00:54

yay for comfortable footwear Poppa!
When I see those heels I just think pain, bad posture & bunions Blush
I dont know how anyone can bear to actually walk in them Grin

MyLittleMiracle · 26/04/2012 09:14

I have to admit I have 1 very comfy pair of heels that I could and have been known to wear all day, everywhere, just one problem, they are sandals so atm are tucked away. They only cost 15 pounds too!

AFraudAndAnIdiot · 26/04/2012 09:16

watchoutforthatsnail · 26/04/2012 10:14

well, thats just not good enough :) we want a full report.

Sponge - yay for being excited, do you know what time hes coming yet?

miranda - it all sounds fab :)

I now have two weekends where i have dd so there wont be any dating from me for then. I have been asked out for when i am free from a man im just not sure about, but i supose i have 2 weeks to think about it.

Snapespeare · 26/04/2012 10:25

LUBEY!!!!!!

(how selfish!) Wink

Snapespeare · 26/04/2012 10:30

god i love flip flops. I am the worlds worst person for shoes, I generally wear trainers and wear them until they stink to high heaven fall off of my feet. I got caught in torrential rain yesterday and had to dry them out on the radiator at work. I very seldom do heels, but then I'm 5ft 10-ish, so no real need.

Lubey! Lubeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyy!!!

TimeForMeAndDD · 26/04/2012 10:31

It certainly isn't good enough! We should have been updated at the half time point! I do hope you are taking note Sponge, we expect updates from you too! far too many selfish people on this thread! Hmm Grin

I'm conducting a little experiment, bored, much? the straight talking waffle on my IE profile that gets me such a good reaction from men, is now on my regular profile. If men really mean what they say, in that they are looking for someone nice, someone long term, without the threat of marriage or living together, then I should be inundated with messages from guys who aren't trawling the IE profiles! ha ha ha!

Snape heels are good for keeping your pelvic floor toned cos they cause the pelvis to tip forward. I can't wear flip flops, too flat and I can't stand that thing between my toes. I wear wedges a lot so get the benefit of a heel but am still able to walk!

OP posts:
MyLittleMiracle · 26/04/2012 10:41

Yep full report. I always spill, so I expect everyone else to! I will of course update ad soon as I have something to update on......

watchoutforthatsnail · 26/04/2012 10:41

im a flip flops/ biker boots. ballet pumps kind of a girl. i do have lots of lovely shoes, but dont tend to wear them because they are not practical if you have to walk more then a few steps. I used to wear 4inch ones daily, up until i pregnant, and then, yeah, just never went back to them. and im only short, but i dont care :)

time - that sounds like a really good plan, let us know what happens :)

NotSuchASmugMarriedNow · 26/04/2012 10:43

Theres an awful lot of unemployed men pretending to be self-employed on those websites - have discovered this for myself over a long period of time.

And whats with the "I'm a property developer"?????????? Do they honestly think that buying a house that needs some work done on it makes them a property developer

Zanywany · 26/04/2012 10:54

I love flip flops and high heels but find it hard to walk in anything other that wedge type heels. My dog has chewed some of my favourite shoes so I think some shoe shopping is needed this summer, when it eventualy gets here.

I am away this weekend with Mr Yacht and a few friends think he will propose.

Lubey get on here and update young lady!!

lubeybooby · 26/04/2012 10:56

Oh my god.

That is all

Plus :o

lubeybooby · 26/04/2012 10:59

Ok proper update soon, I just need to peel myself off the ceiling first.

TimeForMeAndDD · 26/04/2012 11:00

I will indeed let you know what happens watch.

I sometimes wish that I was shorter. For years I could never wear jeans or trousers because they didn't do the longer length, the sleeves on jumpers and blouses were always too short, and somehow, being bigger taller, people assume you are 'capable' and can look after yourself, which I am and I can, but sometimes it would have been nice to be taken care of. If that makes sense, without being offensive to shorter people and making myself sound like a wuss Grin

NotSuch I agree. Tis so easy to fib over the internet.

OP posts:
TimeForMeAndDD · 26/04/2012 11:02

Hurray lubey Grin

OMG Zany Shock what will you say if he does??

OP posts:
lovesineffable · 26/04/2012 11:04

not such, thanks for the tip:)
I'll be much more sceptical of the self employed & property developers now!
I know heels make you look good, but i'm just too pathetic to wear them, i cant tolerate anything which is in the slightest bit uncomfortable, underwired bra's drive me mad, anthing tight makes me feel instantly sick & i have to take it off.
I could never do any of that bondage or s&m stuff, i need kaftans:o
