Ta-da! Think this is the first one I've started.

I am still feeling somewhat feisty. Told my team off at work for being too noisy Blush and was generally stroppy. Might have to go and start a row in AIBU or something!

So, dating, as you were etc Grin

Not forgetting of course that I have a second date at the weekend!

Sponge I only meant my dd's dad was a useless idiot. I have a few fond memories of funtimes with others with the same accent. Milngavie boys were always very naice .

Milk that sounds like a larf Grin will you be taking a red straw I hope? Please update us all tomorrow!

PostBellumBugsy · 18/04/2012 13:35

Hello all, so much going on. Has taken me ages to catch up again.

Don't think Mr NI is going to come to anything. We are exchanging polite text messages, but I'm not getting any vibe from him that he wants to take it anywhere. So working on the next date. Am quite enjoying it though. Certainly better than moaning about never meeting anyone!

Milk have fun at Lovestruck - I hope the room is wall to wall with hot, male totty!

MyLittleMiracle · 18/04/2012 13:38

I think we all have bad experiences and good ones. Right now my experiences are very good, but it could all change.

Snapespeare · 18/04/2012 13:39

My Dcs Dad is a scot as well... just sayin'. Wink

it is a lovely accent though, as long as it isn't too glasweigan nasal whiny

TimeForMeAndDD · 18/04/2012 14:15

Hello everyone and welcome Tambasher, brilliant post! Grin

Notsure maybe he wants to try the dress for himself?? Just a thought...

Snape I put my money on you never giving your heart to another, not while you have PM in your life. I dare bet some of my limited income that he will never find a life partner either, because he is too close to you. Tis a good set up you have and I love hearing you talk about it, it warms my heart.

Sponge Congratulations on surviving 11 years of your second child while maintaining your youthful looks! Let's hope you still have those youthful looks after the party for 30!! Grin

Hi to everyone else, sorry if I've not mentioned you and you've actually posted something funny or interesting. I've not really read the thread, only scanned it, I've just got back from a session at the Job Centre so am far too stressed to read about dating. But I will later. after I've had a gin

Snapespeare · 18/04/2012 15:10

just because i am such a nice person, an OKCupid cursory search reveals

Babykatherine - a 21% match for me
still-nappied - a 66% match Shock
babyphilip - a 4% match
stinkynappy - a 40% match
babyphilip4 - a 32% match
huggies4me2 - a 0% match (relief!)
nappy35za - a 0% match, safely located in South Africa
babybunnikins - 57% match
nappyboyd - a 0% match
smellynappylucy (a woman!) 70%!
napppi (another woman!) 59%

there are quite a lot! not as much as a niche as I originally thought.

now i feel rather ill. (but you know each to their own...)

PoppaRob · 18/04/2012 15:28

Snapes, try me... Rob_Sellicks

hatesponge · 18/04/2012 15:43

MissKL :) you may well have been right about my Scotsman though judging from the utter absence of contact he is from what I believe is not that nice a part of GLasgow starting with D...

Time hope that gin's going down well Grin I'm just wanting to survive the party for 30, at this point I don't care too much how I look after it anything so long as they don't trash my house and tread sweets into my carpet-

OP posts:
Snapespeare · 18/04/2012 15:47

Poppa - on OKC? I can't find you!

Milkandlotsofwineplease · 18/04/2012 16:01

hate I thought the message was quite funny also, as did my flatmate. It was the hideous statement on the profile that made me go Shock though. Then he continues by saying how 'jacked' he is and how all the other blokes are jealous of him.

Snape Perhaps the most terrifying thing is the fact that there are TWO people with a variation of 'babyphilip' as their name.

Oh and I most certainly WILL be asking for a red straw tonight. I am noted for several things, but my shy and retiring nature ain't one of em Wink

TimeForMeAndDD · 18/04/2012 16:52

Just read your previous post Milk, I do love the sound of the lovestruck bar, it sounds fab! I think I need to move to a more up and coming area, the most exciting thing that happens around here is the neighbourhood watch meeting and the blood donor sessions.

PoppaRob · 18/04/2012 17:09

Snape, try www.okcupid.com/profile/Rob_Sellicks

MyLittleMiracle · 18/04/2012 17:33

I am not even looking at dating sites until I have seen my just friends/more than friends again. And maybe work out exactly what we both want, but there might be a few more meets before that conversation gets tackled. (wimp emoticon) and (horny emoticon)

Snapespeare · 18/04/2012 18:41

Poppa! Wow! 95% match! Good lord! :)

PoppaRob · 18/04/2012 18:48

Only 16,000Km apart, and the matter of chemistry... but 95% is a good number. Wink

TimeForMeAndDD · 18/04/2012 19:04

Another thread wedding? Grin

Snapespeare · 18/04/2012 19:23

Blush. Geography defeats me once more! Wink

MyLittleMiracle · 18/04/2012 19:57

Are we all invited to the wedding. cheekily thinks of the dress I saw and I WILL NOT EVER get married again, though living together, maybe, in time and must be house trained. Lol

notsurewhyohwhy · 18/04/2012 20:47

snape - he hasn't mentioned stockings Grin he has asked me quite a few times to wear a dress and when i said no that will make me feel very overdressed as i told him about a new clubbing dress i bought and he kept saying i should wear it Hmm we are only going for a quiet drink... then said wear it with black tights as that can be very sexy...

sponge - dd's dad used to be controlling and tell me not to wear short skirts so thats why i do not feel comfortable with this guy telling me what to wear either. even thought he is saying the opposite and telling me to wear short skirts. I would never tell a guy that i dont know what to wear on a second date.

milk - tonight sounds like fun, I would love to got o something like that Smile

tambasha - i loved your post, wow you really have had an experience with it all Grin but i really wouldnt let these crazy people into your home too quickly.

MyLittleMiracle · 18/04/2012 21:01

notsure he sounds very dodgey to me, and tbh I wouldn't be going to meet him. Block,

notsurewhyohwhy · 18/04/2012 21:22

mylittle - I think you are right, I am starting to think its not a good idea, but he doesn't seem scary or anything and we will be in a public place.

ChaoticAngel · 18/04/2012 21:24

Evening Grin

Anyone on OKCupid should check out this profile. Best looking guy on there Wink

MyLittleMiracle · 18/04/2012 21:27

Just make sure you stay safe and remember the dating rules. Never do anything your uncomfortable with. Last night I felt completely comfortable all the time, being here with him feels .......well.......right. iykwin

MyLittleMiracle · 18/04/2012 21:31

chaotic angel yep would marry him. I can ride him as and when I choose, and when I don't I don't suffer from groaning and groping. Perfect, let's just find a human version, of but I think I have.

notsurewhyohwhy · 18/04/2012 21:35
