Ta-da! Think this is the first one I've started.

I am still feeling somewhat feisty. Told my team off at work for being too noisy Blush and was generally stroppy. Might have to go and start a row in AIBU or something!

So, dating, as you were etc Grin

Not forgetting of course that I have a second date at the weekend!

more amusingly he has replied to my email saying' well, we could meet half way and decide from there'

REALLY - fucking REALLY!!!

come on, not to sound like samanta brick, but for gods sake!!!!

sex is high on my prorities and i still dont like being spoken to like that. i dont get it, i know men think this stuff all the time, i dont think any of us are naieve enought to believe that they dont. but since when has it been to done thing to just say it to a random woman you havent met - since when have coffee dates turned into ' fucking like rabbits, because you know you want to' and men are happy to say this? i find it hard to believe that many women go it for it, i really do.

TimeForMeAndDD · 13/04/2012 12:19
Grin

I totally agree watch. I hadn't even agreed to meet him for coffee at this point. I definitely wasn't going to agree to meet him after that, it completely changed my opinion of him. I told him so too.

Another guy, a really ugly guy, messaged me saying "I'm confused, I mean what is it you're after? You want a shag so don't kid yourself you want different". I replied that if my profile confused him he obviously had a problem. He replied "what do you mean a problem? Do you want my cock or not". I replied "No thank you. You are conceited, arrogant and pig ugly. I don't find you in the least bit attractive and actually dread to think what state your cock will be in. Thank you anyway". I then blocked him!

Twas fun! Grin

hatesponge · 13/04/2012 12:20

Time i think maybe we both need to move! The lack of talent in your area is about the same as mine!

That man was awful - watch your link for me was same as Times, I'm hoping it was an accident and you're not suggesting him as an option Grin

OP posts:
watchoutforthatsnail · 13/04/2012 12:33

time - ahahaha at ' well, do you want my cock or not' that is fantastic. just, amazing.

sponge - sorry, cant have copied it, ill try to find it...

MyLittleMiracle · 13/04/2012 12:34

My matches are a little going for most of you guys, but your welcome to some of them, some I want to keep for myself. Lol.

hatesponge · 13/04/2012 12:35

So, I've just had an email about a singles event tomorrow night in London - [[http://dating.metro.co.uk/spd_events.details.php?EventID=13216&sdeepm here]. Am really tempted to go...it would be too tragic to go on my own though wouldn't it? Confused

OP posts:
hatesponge · 13/04/2012 12:36

well, buggered up that link! Grin

try this instead

OP posts:
watchoutforthatsnail · 13/04/2012 12:41

sponge - GO!!!!!! you are free this weekend and have new shoes :) GO!!!

it wouldnt be tragic to go on your own, it wold be better, men are more likely to approach you than if you were in a scary group of girls, the point is to meet and talk men, and by the looks of it there are LOADS going... so much better than in my area with a measley 15 men. pah! GO!

TimeForMeAndDD · 13/04/2012 12:43

He's too short for sponge watch. She likes 'em long you know Grin

Sponge Not sure I would be brave enough to go to that event but it might be fun? I'd be worried that a proper smelly minger got the key to my lock Grin A nice singles party where you mingle, with a drink in your hand, is more my thing. But I'm old

Now if I were you, with my pitbull attitude, I would probably go!

TimeForMeAndDD · 13/04/2012 12:44

Oh, and definitely not tragic to go on your own. I go everywhere on my own and intend to go to lot's more places on my own. I am my own best friend and take me everywhere Grin

So, go, and report back the minute you get home!

hatesponge · 13/04/2012 12:48

I just worry others will be in groups and I'll look like some friendless loner!

Am going to ask my best mate to come as she could do with a night out (v long story but she has been breaking up with this guy for the last 2 years, they still live together but he is clearly seeing other people, all v horrible for her) BUT if she won't go - I think it would be good for her but am not going to force her!- then I will go on my own.

In my new shoes.

Grin

Actually slightly excited now. Will deffo have to have several drinks beforehand though Blush

OP posts:
TimeForMeAndDD · 13/04/2012 12:49

Good on you sponge! I'm rather very proud of you Grin

hatesponge · 13/04/2012 12:51

Oh, and sorry watch he's not bad but Time's right he's a bit short for me fussy Grin

you just know if I go to this thing tomorrow night the key to my lock will be some 5ft little gargoyle type. At least there's speed dating too...

OP posts:
TimeForMeAndDD · 13/04/2012 12:54

Grin Oh that would be so funny sponge. I would love to be a fly on the wall. That is exactly the sort of thing that happens to me too Grin. Take some superglue with you and block your lock if you don't like what you see approaching!

watchoutforthatsnail · 13/04/2012 12:56

sponge - they wont be in groups, you cant be in a group if you have lots of men coming up to you to try their key in your lock... or sitting at a speed dating table or whatever.

you will be fine, and fablous, in your new shoes :) and will quite possibly be coming back telling us all how fab it went, because if there are 150 men there, odds are that there have to be a few good ones.

watchoutforthatsnail · 13/04/2012 12:57

im going to sulk that there arent events like this in my area now, because it looks rather fab. i want to go!

MsCellophane · 13/04/2012 13:01

Sponge, I would have come with you but I have my kids this weekend. Let me know how it goes, I quite fancy one of those nights but never have anyone to go with

The sext pests I hate. I go into into full feminist rant mode and tell them I am not a free wank service and they are misogynistic jerks

I am fully up for casual sex and fwb situations, they need to treat me with respect though and I let them know that.

TimeForMeAndDD · 13/04/2012 13:03

Noooo! No sulking watch, we've only just got over your couple of down days!! Grin We like having you back.

Sponge everything watch says. You will have a great time. Even I would have a great time if I was wearing those shoes

watchoutforthatsnail · 13/04/2012 13:11

:)
sponge will do her event and it will be all sparkly and glam
and ill do mine and it will only have 3 people.... mark my words! :)

watchoutforthatsnail · 13/04/2012 13:12

and mrs c - i know. so am i... but they just need to be nice, treat me with a little respect... its not hard.. yet it seems they find it very difficult.

watchoutforthatsnail · 13/04/2012 13:17

hmmm - been contacted by www.pof.com/viewprofile.aspx?profile_id=33118163

watchoutforthatsnail · 13/04/2012 13:17

worth chatting to?

TimeForMeAndDD · 13/04/2012 13:21

Nope. He is looking for a woman to make him happy and his last picture, no, not for you at all. Put your glasses on before you go any further Grin

adamschic · 13/04/2012 13:25

Gosh you lot are chatter boxes.

Time I haven't done an IE profile, been tied up with other stuff, tbh I couldn't stomach it after reading the message you've received. 'You know you want it' boak. You are braver than me Grin.

Watch, re the indecisive guy, I know you have forgotten him, but I read it as, as soon as you mentioned him coming to the house he decided he would drive first then get drunk and stop at yours. Then got shirty when you didn't twig. I might be wrong.

MLM, there are horny men all over the place Grin.

Sponge, I wouldn't bother respondind to Barbour either. He is messing you around and you can do better.
