He says he thought that there wasn't any particular spark between us but that it was "a lovely evening spent with someone quite unique" I replied that I'd thought the same but that I had felt the spark although knew it wasn't there for him, and that was fine as I wasn't really expecting anything anyway.

No reply to that so far but will be interesting to see what he says. And we agreed the gig buddy thing also, which will be good as I really need to get out of the bloody house a bit more, his taste in music is brilliant and I can't think of anyone better to go to a gig with. So will look forward to that happening at some point. And maybe he has cute friends :o

Make I think waxing is the worst the first time you go for it. I've had it done a few times now and it doesn't really register much pain wise. A bit like getting used to plucking your eyebrows, at first it's eye watering and ouchy but now it takes me 2 minutes and doesn't hurt at all.

The beautician was great though. A woman in her fifties - been waxing and polishing people for decades. She was really proffessional and made me feel really comfortable. She said she was horrifed by all these young girls coming in for full Hollywoods, but that now there was such a demand for them she felt she had to provide the service people were wanting. She said she blamed pornography.

With great difficulty and about two hours! and wax that I warmed up in a pot of hot water. Only in desperation though, it's much easier having it done for you despite leaving your dignity somewhere in the street.

Well, with a good waxer that is. The first one I went to took everything off apart from the VITAL bits, the most important to remove (for me anyway)... the err... more inner areas. I think that salon is stuck in the 90's somewhere bless em. No idea what a brazilian should be at all
