Mouse I'm just very very lucky I think.

I am still flying a bit from last night. Seeing some friends this morning, meeting, housework, getting things ready for having a housefull of friends on Saturday evening. Going to try and take it steady though, I've learnt my lesson from yesterday, or I've tried to.

Today I will not be drinking - and I am in good company on this thread. Hope you have a good day BBs!

its really bright and sunny here - i am off to meet an aa friend for morning coffee, then meeting dh for lunch and then doing some cooking for a friends party tomorrow - hooray!!, party tomorrow!!, loads of dancing and a bit of a flirt!, i have a new dress to wear, a kind of pale pink with sheer sleaves and beautiful beaded cuffs, makes me feel very pretty (i might not be, but feeling it is always a start! )

do you know what?, im actually too busy to drink!, i think this feeling must be like when you hear newly retired sayed that they dont know how they fitted work in, i just dont have time for all that self absorbed misery! i have a party to attend! woohoo!!

i will proberbly wear my faithful silver sparkly choos!, i luvvve em! and they go with just about anything!

btw, i remember when dd was little she used to cling on to me in the pool just like that, it was lovley, nowadays she can swim like a fish and she is tall and slim and leggy and all eyes are on her , why dont we realise how beautiful we are in our teens and 20s?, i used to agonise over what i saw as a flat chest and a wobbly bum, now i look at photos and see how young and lovley i was and wish i could go back and enjoy it! dd is just the same, always worrying over a wobbly bum, it actually looks peachy and im (how on earth did i get from remembering a swimming baby to dds peachy bum? , the musings of an old woman i guess! )

I must be bonkers. Last day of my home being torn apart today, they have to put it all back together too! And clear up any mess.

Yes he is new, I met him on Wednesday and he has asked to meet me tomorrow. I am undecided to be honest, still got my head in the clouds hoping the neighbour will wake up and realise he shouldn't have got back with his ex girlfriend . How are things going with the builders, last day at last

Hell. Smoke alarm is going off every time they solder (sp?) something, circular saw is going the whole time, masonary drill and the front door is wide open so I'm frozen.

They've also managed to knock two electric sockets off, the wires were lose but now they don't work at all.

We got our puppy over a year ago Mouse and although its harder work than I thought it would be it is also one of the best things I have done. The DC's love her, in fact the dog gets 2 hugs at the school gate each morning whereas I only get one
