I can't help admiring the speed with which George seemed able to move her from driver's seat to passenger seat, and passenger seat to driver's seat; in every car I've see this century there's been a lot in the way of that manouevre, what with handbrakes and gear sticks and that central thing you can put cans of drink in... Even fully conscious it is simply easier to get out and walk round. I wouldn't like to shift someone so drunk they had passed out across that lot.
