I had an instep out n about 360 that wouldn't go through my door - was a twin one though.
I can just get my Mutsy 4 rider in the door - it is wide at the rear wheels! however - front to back the footprint is small - and it's nippy in the shops - I LOVE the huge basket for shopping (groceries!) and also for kids school kit - it's perfect for everyday and poor weather.
The bee plus is more for weekend stuff (though not off road) and holiday and public transport. Carrielou2007 - do check out the bee plus - what was it you weren't keen on with the bee - just the seat size issues?
Bee+ looks small - but I think it's just the seat is low down - the "chair" is plenty big enough for an average 4y old.
I've had so many buggies over the years - some have sold for good profit too - so kind of a hobby that pays its own way!
I do think it's time to stop now that ds is 2 mind.
Ordered a lovely snunkie for the bee - after finding out my nice sheepskin won't fit it. . asked for "wheels of fire" reversing to "dig it - white". So, flames reversing to diggers. That should keep ds and I happy - have got red hood. Love the bee canopy.
I'm off to bed now - have listed 2 more things on ebay.
I had a nightmare/dream the other night after being on here - that I had an actual shed with all the prams I'd ever owned in it (as if I hadn't sold any on - just got more and more)...I woke up with palpitations worrying about having too many! (this shed was vast)! LOL
Night all.

basl · 03/06/2010 22:22

FlyMeToDunoon · 03/06/2010 22:28

5inthebed · 03/06/2010 22:30

Hope your head house is ok in the morning

basl · 03/06/2010 22:31

Good for you Flyme you are only winding down after a very stressfull time moving house. Cheers ma dears and i am off to bed too as i don't want to be responsible for anymore axle door couging stories. I have had a rare time tonight chatting away. I have a hectic weekend so may not get the chance to chat much. SURE I WON'T .
Night Night xxx

basl · 03/06/2010 22:33

horsemadgal · 03/06/2010 22:33

5inthebed · 03/06/2010 22:36

I share your HMG

maxybrown · 03/06/2010 22:37

onlt someone who has had a drink would admit to changing their user name to crustycrotchstrap hilarious dunoon, love it!

I don't like name changes, they scare me - when dunoon changed i felt like a stranger had come in her place

well volo played well today when we had waited in full heat for ages for a bus when it finally arrived it was packed and he wouldn't let us on as 2 prams on already.....so whip him out, whip it up, over my shoulder and on we get

fmtd love that name change made me laugh. How was the move are you still unpacking?

BexieID · 03/06/2010 23:02

Following the tea conversation last night, guess who pulled mine over when having boobie?

basl · 04/06/2010 13:14

oh dear bexie hope you are both ok. Little hands eh they get everywhere.

I am off out to a bodyshop at home party tonight but i am being very strict on my diet so it will be a nightmare as my friend always puts on a lovely buffet.

Geek how was your Italian meal?

Once again sooo funny flyme

At toddlers today i overheard someone saying there is a unit in the industrial estate near me that sell second hand stuff and i heard her saying they sell lots of prams and pushchairs for next to nothing. I just glanced round at my sister and she was giving me daggers. She just does not get it and i think it is because she keeps getting pushchairs from me or she has just been given a double nipper for nothing from a friend that is clearing out. I think she is going to give in and take me to this bargain place. Bet it is a load of old rubbish but exciting all the same.

GeekOfTheWeek · 04/06/2010 14:38

Hi all,

Meal was gorgeous thanks basl. Diet went straight out of the window though

Has diva been around at all? Fell like i've not seen her for ages.

Loving the name change!

maxybrown · 04/06/2010 15:00

Eek Bexie! Glad nobody was burnt.

I've been out all day again, took DS1+2 and 3 of their friends to the pictures to see Space Chimps 2, was sooooo boring but they enjoyed it. It's so expensive to go to the pictures though! Cost me £42 for the tickets, and then another £20 for popcorn and drinks

maxybrown · 04/06/2010 18:37

blimey 5in we never go now I must admit as by the time we have dropped James off at my Mums then got buses to the cinema it does just cost too much - besides I am always so uncomfortable in the seats, I either slide down or......slide down

Still, at least they enjoyed themselves!

We filled pool up but went overcast so left it up with cover on hopefully for tomorrow.

I am on the pims now

OP posts:
5inthebed · 04/06/2010 21:18

carrielou2007 · 05/06/2010 09:44

Morning, you're in good company roslily

Pimms yuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

Someone is coming to collect MB in an hour or so now I can't decide whether to get the swift or a new urban (found them for the same price) can't decide...

Off to the beach again later, lovely and sunny here again and meant to be hot hot hot again .

maxybrown · 05/06/2010 09:47

morning!

Have a nice day at beach carrielou

doesn't seem so nice here today

OP posts:
carrielou2007 · 05/06/2010 10:21

Gone overcase here now but still really muggy I never went to the beach until I had dd now we are always there, it is fab in the middle of winter when it's blowing a gale. I remember going just before I had ds in the snow and the workmen (rebuilding the pier that burnt down) were looking at us as if we were nuts !!!

Dd is just cleaning the MB wheels, I'm looking at it thinking yum, maybe I should just get another urban but the newer with the adjustable handle/bumper bar etc.

Shouldn't really as need to renew my work certificate which is 695 even though on maternity until oct makes me go 'sod it' and order something though
