Happy June everyone - rain on the first day of summer

5in , we want out of our 2 bed flat into a 3 bed house with garden. We are quite lucky though really. In the first 4 pix is the communual area on one side and last 4 is the other side where we grow peas, beans etc... Oh, and FIL built the 'beehive' for the dryer, lol.

5in, also got the shorts thanks. I'm so glad I didn't open them next to Tom though as he'd never have eaten his breakfast. The buttons came flying out

Finally had some nibbles today and was there were no nuts in them!

Aww Bexie, its nice though that you have somewhere you can sit outside on nice days. How easy is it to get a house where you are?

Glad the shorts got there ok, and hope you didn't mind me putting some buttons in for Tom, I still have loads of chocolate left over from my hamper!

Hope you are feeling better Nicola. Having three children all the time does get so hard I know. Atm DP is leaving home just as they wake up really and gets home after they are in bed. Then last night he was away watching football. The constant drip drip of wants and moans and then the frequent flare ups from the DDs build up and up. I just end up screaming and then feel like the mother from hell. And it makes no difference anyway. Maybe they all need their summer holiday.

Not that easy. Flats are in abundance here. We did have an updated 'where we stand' list from the council and everything was 3 fig numbers apart from 2 bed flats. We private rent atm. I think we are more likely to buy our own place than get council tbh. DP put us on list when I was pregnant with Tom and didn't renew it and we re-applyed last year when co-op sold these flats. Luckily the people who bought ours wanted tenants, but will still stay on list.

just ordered some of Tate and Tom's school uniforms from m&s thats organised v.impressed. Just got school trouser to get which i get from Next and socks and shoes...and its only june!!

He knocked a mannequin over and it lost it's head and arms, lol. Poor guy trying to put it back together . Actually, quite dangerous really for a 4yo to be able to knock it over as it went down with a thud and looked heavy.

Didn't mind the choc 5in.

Oh Nicola! I was in JL the other day, and they had some lovely school shoes for hal price. Might go back and buy DS1+2 them, £40 reduced to £20, can't complain at that. Will look out for shorts thanks Nicola.

I've just remembered tom has some school shoes already. My mum bought him some lovely ones out of Next that were too good...hoping won't be too small come sept..just my luck!

Tate will prob have startrite or something that he will have wrecked by half term. I still can't believe he's going to school

DH goes to tkd on a Sunday anyway, so I couldn't give a toss about fathers day .

It'shorribe when your kids start school. People keep asking me if I can;t wait unitl Ds3 starts school, make me a bit that they think I am wishing his baby years away.

I have my sisters kids as her and her dh set up tent in her garden and the slept there overnight. How romantic. She called to tell me they had a lap top each.

Well my boys are still in bed, but I'm like a big kid, can't wait for him to get up so we can give him his presents, he will be chuffed to bits when he gets them. James hid them under his little bed last night, so he'll be all excited today
