Oh i am nervous about that. Maxy thinking about you and dh and little james hope you are all well and having a fab time. Still trying to put more pics on but taking for ever.
Nic big squeezy hug from me. nah nah nah nah nah told you so. [sorry guess who has been on the red wine tonigh] Geek i blame you with tempting me earlier. How bad is this 6.30pm Daniel ready for bed and olivia arrives home from having a fab time at grandads and i say lets nip over to the co-op for milk . In the co-op i buy milk, crisps, choc, Bottle of red wine. Leave the co-op and who do we bump into but Olivias nursery teacher. Teachers asks if she is having a late night because nursery finished for a fortnight and Olivia prompty told her no mum needed some wine then Olivia aske Mrs Willson who's hand she was holding? Is that your dad so i well and truly deserve my glass/bottle of wine. Dh on tripple time so not home till late.

i'm selling a zapp if you change your mind maxy

GeekOfTheWeek · 17/04/2010 10:20

Which one did you initially want carrie?

I've done that before, bought loads looking for the perfect bag only to buy the one I saw first

Gorgeous here today. Off to supermarket shortly as my sis and her fella over for tea. Then we are playing badminton in the garden. We did this last night and had all the local kids in our garden Ds1 and Dd loved it!

Diva, lol at the sudocreme incident. My friends ds did similar with emulsion paint. He ruined ALL his clothes

GeekOfTheWeek · 17/04/2010 10:21

Dis, what dogs do you have?

Disenchanted3 · 17/04/2010 10:34

Bexie its pretty much the same as an infinity but lookks nicer IMO, a bit more dfferent!

Geek I have 2 pugs and a cavalier king charles spaniel My Aunt is minding the Spaniel so its only the pugs going to the sitter x

Divatheshopaholic · 17/04/2010 10:39

Geek, we have badminton in our caravan, too.
Maxy, are you thinking of trying smaller buggy? I have fianlly used quest

maxybrown · 17/04/2010 10:45

No only for my long long reasons as outlined above

Diva - do you want the Gap top in with your others? I left you message on my thread

carrielou2007 · 17/04/2010 10:54

Lol at sudocreme Diva (not that it's funny trying to get it all out I mean )

Geek I bought a tree of life bag, very well used but could'nt get stains out and in my cleaning frenzy have now bleached the front! They do it in blue canvas which I love but sold out everywhere or green butterflies lamintate (which is still sat in my shopping cart if I decide on it) notquite so big as the peppermint one, hangs better on the bug. Green would go better maybe and wouldn't worry about taking it out then if it rained [grin}

maxybrown · 17/04/2010 10:59

Nic - got tops now too thank you

carrielou2007 · 17/04/2010 12:25

Glorious here, just back from walk to Morrisons (more 2 x 8.98 pampers nappies for only 10 pounds) and it is so lovely we are going to the beach for a picnic and a splash around

nicolamumof3 · 17/04/2010 13:23

maxy when reading your post i was thinking volo volo volo! you would easy be able to sling over your shoulder and carry up stairs on bus they are ideal. i took volo to bluewater the other day as knew that tate would get tired. i love it again it is sooooo light even with tate in. Lovely comfy seat as its sort of hammocky as no plastic backrest behind material if that makes sense? so makes it superlight. A lovely lovely push tho. Be much nicer than quicksmart.

Glad parcels arrived..

carrielou hope you decide on bag. I just saw a mimi pramette coming up our road and pointed out to dh...'thats they one i lke' and he actually had a good look at it...amazing

5inthebed · 17/04/2010 17:47

Strange, I posted earlier and it isn't there.

Maxy, got the trousers, thanks very much, they're lovely! DS3 has the star ones on today and looks really cool in them.

Basket arrived for Nipper as well, looks fab, now need to go on a major shopping spree to see how much it truly holds

maxybrown · 17/04/2010 17:54

Ok, volo it is then black framed ones are nice aren't they? Just when you think you're done with pushchairs, they creep up on you and grip on hard

ooh good about trousers

Got our tent today and managed to get a whopping £70 off it due to a fab price match! yay!

5inthebed · 17/04/2010 17:57

Lovely Maxy. Did you get one you can stand up in? We were looking at tents the other week at new outdoors place opened up around the corner, and I would only get one that I can stand up in.

maxybrown · 17/04/2010 18:01

oh yes of course darling!! lol. To be fair, I could prob stand up in most things ha ha, but yes we did, it's lovely! Got carpet and footprint too and extension!! The tent we wanted is on special offer this weekend at Yeomans so we price matched it at go outdoors, along with some other things too, so really really good!

Also got DH to relent and buy sandals in sale for DS so that's good too

maxybrown · 17/04/2010 18:12

I like this volo Sunflower would be extra lovely on black frame!

Divatheshopaholic · 17/04/2010 20:13

im back, been in the back garden all they. dh racked the lawn, i did wedding and clearing the border. then went Pils, too.
maxy, i will pay asap for gap top. i havent got orange one
we have dd`s bday aprty tomorrow at soft play int he morning. hope its another summery day

carrielou2007 · 17/04/2010 21:37

I'm bright red with white strap marks, the joys of being blonde!! We went to marine lake, dd splashing about with her cousins, making sandcastles, picnic, ice creams, was bliss

Maxy I like the volo in purple but it is not black frame and white will get filthy. Black with turquoise blue would be nice if they did one

nicolamumof3 · 17/04/2010 22:57

remember tho that the volo's are actually grey not as white as they look in many pics. i like the pea green stripe but doesn't look as striking in RL because of the grey not such a nice contrast iykwim? black frame nice. I had the black lime last year..but still prefer the sunflower!

we've had my parents round lovely dinner..we went to park and standpit earlier and had icecreams lovely day

maxybrown · 18/04/2010 00:54

ah yes see what you mean! Not that it really makes any difference to me - well in theory it shouldn't - I love the sunflower too, I like yellow and sunflowers are my most favourite flower

nicolamumof3 · 18/04/2010 08:49

i love yellow too

carrielou2007 · 18/04/2010 09:50

Morning, lovely and sunny here again today. My arms, shoulders and chest feeling very tight and sore and very pink!!

maxybrown · 18/04/2010 10:26

No sympathy!!! lol.

Well, I have cleared out my pushchair cupboard - to put in all our tent stuff all done and still room for a volo

Are you still selling your Nic or are you hanging onto it for now?

Think I might cut the grass today, gorgeous again!

5inthebed · 18/04/2010 10:49

Morning. I'm in a grumpy mood. DH normally takes the DC to his mams on a Sunday to give me a bit of a break, and she has called to say she has the runs (nice) so doesn't want them down. So he has pissed off to TKD with DS1 and left me with the other two . So no lie in for me.

Carrie, I'm very interested in the GP footmuff. What is the length please

All my clothes are finishing soon on Ebay, I have a bidding war on a rather large swimsuit . It might o for over a tenner . Who new being fat was profitable. Also have a dress on there that I bought from TKmaxx for 99p, and there are 59 watchers on it

maxybrown · 18/04/2010 10:53

wow!! That's fabby 5in

I remember last year I kept watching some 18 crop jeans and they always went for more than I was willing to pay - or what I could get them for in the shop pretty much!

Hope you get nice amount.

I am scurrying around looking for some things to sell to go towards volo fund.

5inthebed · 18/04/2010 11:05

Fingers crossed everythin sells, as I want a new pram, and this'll add to the fund nicely.

I've just put on a top I had for summer last year, and it is like a tent! Makes me feel so ood about myself but also about how big I used to be. I'm the thinnest I've been in 7 years! DH not impressed as my boobs are shrinking as well, but they were an E cup, so not disappearing much.
