Oh i am nervous about that. Maxy thinking about you and dh and little james hope you are all well and having a fab time. Still trying to put more pics on but taking for ever.
Nic big squeezy hug from me. nah nah nah nah nah told you so. [sorry guess who has been on the red wine tonigh] Geek i blame you with tempting me earlier. How bad is this 6.30pm Daniel ready for bed and olivia arrives home from having a fab time at grandads and i say lets nip over to the co-op for milk . In the co-op i buy milk, crisps, choc, Bottle of red wine. Leave the co-op and who do we bump into but Olivias nursery teacher. Teachers asks if she is having a late night because nursery finished for a fortnight and Olivia prompty told her no mum needed some wine then Olivia aske Mrs Willson who's hand she was holding? Is that your dad so i well and truly deserve my glass/bottle of wine. Dh on tripple time so not home till late.

oh 5in I wish my boobs would shrink, even when I was at my slimmest I was E

Lovely about your top though - mine all still fit - the way I see it at the minute is - at least they aren't too small

I am putting off the grass telling myself it will be too damp yet....

carrielou2007 · 18/04/2010 11:19

I need to shrink

5inthebed I'm sorry about GP liner, I didn't know you didn't have one, I'll let you know if she doesn't pay.

No mascara yet for me as watching Goodnight Mr Tom and I cry all the way through!!

maxybrown · 18/04/2010 11:22

ah that was my favourite book ever when I was at school.

OK so - no one really answered me, will I be silly to sell the Spitfire liner - purely for selling on purposes as I will never use it. It looks new like it has never been used.

5inthebed · 18/04/2010 11:24

Don't worry about it Carrie. I think DS3 will be too big for it come winter anyway.

Maxy, keep the liner, as it would be better to sell with the pram once you sell it.

maxybrown · 18/04/2010 11:27

I know, that is what I think really - just I want funds now lol!!!

BexieID · 18/04/2010 16:28

I wouldn't sell liner on it's own maxy, as i'm the sort of person who likes to have everything that was supposed to come with pram if I buy 2nd hand.

I got a bargain Loola in Oxygen yesterday at a table top sale. Washing covers, although can't get the bit off where seat belt goes, so will have to hoover crumbs and give it a scrub . I pushed it home with mine and SILs other purchases in it and now realise front wheels were locked, lol. No wonder it was a PITA to steer!

nicolamumof3 · 18/04/2010 18:01

well done bexie hope it was a bargain tho..not my most favourite of pushchairs im afraid

oh maxy yes i should sell volo but i don't want to iykwim..it is bloody fab so light....really do love it...

maxybrown · 18/04/2010 18:04

Going to get on mine next week again.

nicolamumof3 · 18/04/2010 18:22

oh hope you feel better maxy...have been wondering about wii fit are they really that good?

Divatheshopaholic · 18/04/2010 18:41

Hi all, been busy day. DD had party, it was lovely day and all had fabby time.
Then good friends came over we sat in the garden with wine, while kids played on bouncy castle.

nicolamumof3 · 18/04/2010 18:41

sounds perfect diva. well im off to retreat into utility room and iron summer pj's and shorts for luka! with the radio on...

maxybrown · 18/04/2010 19:19

yeah wii fit's are fabby, you just don't realise how much exercising you are doing. I lost 2lb doing it over 4 days and not cutting out any food.

Sounds nice Diva - I am so so cold, feel like it's middle of winter. Sat on settee under my buggy snuggle blanket

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/04/2010 20:21

Evening all.
Am wondering about getting rid of XT and getting a Quest but worried that as Volos are too low the quest will be just the same. I think it has to do with the angle of the handle too. Volos just not comfy for me to push and get up kerbs with a 3 year old in.
Quest I found seemed ok but we only did one school run with it.

nicolamumof3 · 18/04/2010 20:24

i think my quest and volo handles are about the same height tbh? always welcome to have a try dunoon!

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/04/2010 20:28

Do you still have both atm Nicola?
If you have them out maybe you could just compare the angles. Do you notice a difference in handling between them especially with Tate?

nicolamumof3 · 18/04/2010 20:36

i prefer the volo i think with tate as its superlight in itself iykwim? how often you use stroller now? everyday?

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/04/2010 20:49

We are at the very awkward stage where I take it out most trips and it gets used maybe 45% of them. However if I don't take it DD will start moaning about three minutes into the journey and continue until my ears are bleeding.
I also envisage next winter as a time I might need it more again. She will be four but I reckon still need a pushchair.

nicolamumof3 · 18/04/2010 20:53

yep i reckon winter time we will deffo use for luka he will be 3.5yr but if bad winter again we will use. then stop altogether come next spring..

nicolamumof3 · 18/04/2010 21:29

oh no someones just bought volo on ebay...don't know if i can let it go

maxybrown · 18/04/2010 22:11

oh no - what will you do?

BexieID · 18/04/2010 22:19

Loola was only £15 and came with r/c and muff. My first rearfacer, lol.

maxybrown · 18/04/2010 22:20

wow that was a bargain Bexie!

BexieID · 18/04/2010 22:31

I quite like it, folds really easy, unlike that loan P3. It's really stiff putting r/c on, but Erin looked snug in it when I sat her in it yesterday.

I'm just not too keen on 2 handled buggys though as have bad wrists and hard going pushing one-handed if Tom wants me to hold his hand (and he switches sides alot).

5inthebed · 18/04/2010 23:07

Wow, bargain Bexie!

I think I want a Quest. Anyone selling one? Have about £70 for one, anyone selling an apples or butcher stripe?

maxybrown · 19/04/2010 08:23

Morning all!

Dark and chucking it down here today, had to have the lights on when we got up this morning - I HATE that grrrrrrrrr.

Off to PO today with some bits and lazing around/tidying up - the height of excitement
