Oh i am nervous about that. Maxy thinking about you and dh and little james hope you are all well and having a fab time. Still trying to put more pics on but taking for ever.
Nic big squeezy hug from me. nah nah nah nah nah told you so. [sorry guess who has been on the red wine tonigh] Geek i blame you with tempting me earlier. How bad is this 6.30pm Daniel ready for bed and olivia arrives home from having a fab time at grandads and i say lets nip over to the co-op for milk . In the co-op i buy milk, crisps, choc, Bottle of red wine. Leave the co-op and who do we bump into but Olivias nursery teacher. Teachers asks if she is having a late night because nursery finished for a fortnight and Olivia prompty told her no mum needed some wine then Olivia aske Mrs Willson who's hand she was holding? Is that your dad so i well and truly deserve my glass/bottle of wine. Dh on tripple time so not home till late.

Wine i here you say?? Is that someone tempting me again.
Hi everyone lovley day weather wise here but what a horrible day overall. The birthday party was really nice and i had lovley latte and toastie while watching Olivia paint and play. I knew nobody so sat and read some mags and loved it. Then all hell let loose the boys picked us up and we got the harvey nicks vouchers and then off to Ikea. NEVER AGAIN !!!! Daniel was in the most awfull mood this afternoon and my dh just kept saying he's a nightmare omg he's a nightmare. Anyway arrive at Ikea no pram, no little life bag and no coat. What does my dh think about, so daniel ran riot in Ikea will dh and Olivia sauntered around as if not a care in the world and i was sweating and so mad. Then we try to go to next but dh chucks a strop because daniel running around hiding under clothes and touching everything and load of staring at me, so i took the kids and sat in the car while lord of the manner comes out with a few bags of stuff for ones self. Arse.
Baby jogger not sold yet so annoying 5in when you want something gone.
What is everyone doing for easter?

oh bloody hell basl at your dh. i always accuse my dh of doing things like that..but then he constantly surprises me..'no of course i haven't forgotten it' and most of the time he does remember. however we went to leeds castle fireworks display last year and he forgot the boys bloody coats!!!grrrr!

nicolamumof3 · 03/04/2010 20:27

oh and im not ironing now! just done my ebay parcels thats enough for me.

had a couple glasses wine at lunch as we had neighbours round and her lovely new baby.

5inthebed · 03/04/2010 20:34

Men! My Dh has been known to dress my boys in each others clothes, even if they dont fit. He goes out with them most mornins without even feeding them...I could go on.

It is very annoying Basl. Are you buying a different pram when you sell it? Did you change the price? £150 is far too low. Mine sold for £190, but would have gone for more if I'd wanted it to.

nicolamumof3 · 03/04/2010 20:49

well dh has set up the easter egg hunt he's a good'un isn't it my dh...maybe something to do with fact he's dh no.2 so took my time finding him lol!!

basl · 03/04/2010 20:51

oh please help me about the price i am always giving things away for a song. Its ok i am not going to burst into one . How much and how should i list it. Should i do buy now or what?
Nic did you love seeing the baby? I watched a lady bottle feed a new baby today at the party and what a wee gem. I have never been so lucky with my two. Olivia terrible colic etc and i suffered thrush with breast feeding. Daniel was born with pneumothorax and was in intesive care for a week and dh had chest infection so i spent whole week on my todd. Then descovered daniel had severe tongue tie after everyone telling me it was in my head but let me tell you it was so sore to feed him. He had that sorted and then just cried constantly till now i think. If he is overtired the old daniel comes out and really no reckoning with this little but i do love him more and more each day. I did want to pinch a little cuddle from that baby but would never want another of my own but maybe if things had been easier and easier now i do love babies.
While back sal but i offered you a little dress with matching knicks if you would like for dd. This is a little boutique number and very traditional. Thought of you when i found it. I will put a pic up if you like?

basl, may be people poor due to easter, buying chocs not buggy
geek, hope you are having fab time. its nice to go out and have proper social evening. im hoping to go out for meail on my bday next week

basl · 03/04/2010 20:57

Nic i feel a bit bad. My dh is lovley and i fail to tell you all the nice things he does for me and kids and family. He is a very kind person at heart. He irons, cleans the toilets, washes the windows, makes all the beds and cooks nearly all the time. He batch cookes home made soup, curry, spag bol, chillie and fajitas so i don't have to and freezes it for easy use. He took daniel to soft play today and lunch and tidied the house for our return. He has ocd too and despairs at me from time to time. I felt a bit bad you know after reading your post about dh nic as my dh set up an easter hunt on Thurs when my sister brings her child mindees here to play and i failed to mention that little point. oh i do feel bad

All my friends are having new babies. In a way I'm glad I'll never had the midnight feeds again, but I still love babies.

If I were you Basl, I'd put it on Ebay for £225 BIN or best offer, and accept anything £190 or over. Have you got it on here as well? If not, ask for £190 posted.

fairy15 · 03/04/2010 20:58

hey ladies, how do i name change? got some lovely emails of ex so he must have been lurking on mn & got my email addy!

basl · 03/04/2010 21:01

oh and he work full time and the rest. Diva still looking forward to our meet up. I think we should arrange for the end of year to give us plenty time to arrange. I might manage a little shopping trip in between I did wonder about bad timing with easter.

basl i try and get as much as i can on ebay if no watchers/interest you can always reduce. i think i'd do bin how old is it? what are wheels/fabs like (as new i'd expect knowing you!) so what do they cost new? not what you paid for it but have to research what they are going for now..

oh he was lovely little baby to hold very bright alert little chap. mum is very stressed about him rying. They couldn't believe terry and i were totally non phased. They stayed for four hours! hopefully they enjoyed the company! we had a lovely time. They are lovely couple but i think she is finding it lonely and scary being at home ft with tiny screaming newborn.

sounds like you had it v.tough with ds basl. I cried many many tears over feeding Tate. I managed fine with tom but just couldn't get a grasp with Tate. I realised when i had Luka that my let down was far too fast and they were choking. I tried to express off to make it easier but didn't help. I realised theres so much more to parenting then BF and went alot easier on myself with Luka. They are bright happy kids with no allergies or health probs as such. so i don't feel guilty.

nicolamumof3 · 03/04/2010 21:05

oh fairy the b*stard should be able to go into your profile and do it. v.v.easy. how are things otherwise? lovely to see you in 'the shed'

basl your dh sounds lovely none of them are perfect tho are they and we are so quick to pick up their faults and mistakes. my dh is v.lovely but i still often moan. No one would be as perfect as me as he often says lol!! I could tell from the pic he just looks a lovely man

fairy15 · 03/04/2010 21:08

nicolamumof3 · 03/04/2010 21:11

basl · 03/04/2010 21:13

Fairy sorry no use at profile, sure some of the experts will help, imagine him looking at mn hope my dh doesn't do that
Nic bet your neighbours are so glad to have you. Does she have family around? You do feel for people that don't have anyone around as it could be so scary. I have always had someone to say oh thats ok thats standard and make you feel a bit better. Again poor daniel he has always caused a stirr. Everyone kept saying there has never been one in our family like him he is so much work. Now i am very proud of him because i think he at his little age is outshinning everyone. I think there is something about him in a very clever sort of frustrated way. We were in a shoe shop today and he screamed bob a builder and he has never seen the programme but the adverts and he took off his trainers and tried to get the wellies on himself, i tried to help and he said no mummy me do it. He is 2 in July now i don't remember olivia being so independant. I do think i dragged the breast feeding out a bit as it was making us both unhappy. He now drinks milk out of an open cup no bother but his sister happy to use a sippy cup and she is 4.

5inthebed · 03/04/2010 21:23

Yes it would be nice as a summer day dress as well. Looks very floaty.

basl · 03/04/2010 21:23

Nic that dress is so lovely. I am always abit scared to buy something form next to a wedding incase someone buys the same one. However that is really different and i could never shove myself into that. 5in what is your monsoon one like?
