Oh i am nervous about that. Maxy thinking about you and dh and little james hope you are all well and having a fab time. Still trying to put more pics on but taking for ever.
Nic big squeezy hug from me. nah nah nah nah nah told you so. [sorry guess who has been on the red wine tonigh] Geek i blame you with tempting me earlier. How bad is this 6.30pm Daniel ready for bed and olivia arrives home from having a fab time at grandads and i say lets nip over to the co-op for milk . In the co-op i buy milk, crisps, choc, Bottle of red wine. Leave the co-op and who do we bump into but Olivias nursery teacher. Teachers asks if she is having a late night because nursery finished for a fortnight and Olivia prompty told her no mum needed some wine then Olivia aske Mrs Willson who's hand she was holding? Is that your dad so i well and truly deserve my glass/bottle of wine. Dh on tripple time so not home till late.

Divatheshopaholic · 12/04/2010 20:38

Hi everyone,
We are back from caravan hols. Weather has been fabby, all got caught some sun. Kids had great fun, went Llangollen railway etc..
How is everyone?

Disenchanted3 · 12/04/2010 21:12

Sounds great Diva, we go on our caravan holiday soon, I'm excited lol.

Guess what I've got in my living room?!

5inthebed · 12/04/2010 21:17

You got a Bee already Dis?

I love caravan holidays. We're having one in July, can't wait!

Divatheshopaholic · 12/04/2010 21:22

Hi Dis, you got Bee?
We have touring caravan, its fab. We love it.
I think im selling Bob soon.
Nicola, are you around? I used quest and loved it. Im shocked im saying this, but it was small and it did the job. Someone tell me where is the brakes on quest?

nicolamumof3 · 12/04/2010 21:26

hello all!!

well im fuming tom went off with neighbours/his friend to westfield shopping ctr anyway they are only just leaving and its 2hr drive home...and he's had no dinner

anyway try and stay calm and breatheeeee!

diva on butchers stripe they are old style chassis so you literally just kick the brake across on the back wheels. Glad you like it. lovely colour but i hate those brakes/old style chassis/harness so really couldn't keep mine.

come on dis..what do you have then??

5inthebed · 12/04/2010 21:29

Oh dear Nicola. Maybe they'll stop at a McDonalds drive through or something? Might be worth you cooking somethin for him etting back though, poor child.

I want a new pram, might be able to stretch to a Miwheels if I sell a few things

Disenchanted3 · 12/04/2010 21:33

Yes a bee!

A bargain bee!

I saw it on preloved had only been on there an hour, rang my dad and he took me to get it well pleased!!

5inthebed · 12/04/2010 21:42

Ooo how much and what colour? I would love a Bee+, need to try the size of them.

nicolamumof3 · 12/04/2010 21:43

thats good dis...you sure you won't want to upgrad to a plus tho

they had food already but tom didn't eat?! goodness knows why..i wouldn't have a child in my care all day and not let them have something fgs. i just want him back now. maybe im over protective but he has football all day tomorrow too!

Disenchanted3 · 12/04/2010 21:44

Naww this is good enough for me!

All black, £170 its 5 months old, unregistered warrenty. Its genuinly immaculate!

5inthebed · 12/04/2010 21:46

Absolute bargain!

Nicola, that is very thoughtless of his friends' parents. They should have at least got him somethin for the car back.

Disenchanted3 · 12/04/2010 21:48

It honestly is, not a scratch on it.

wheels don't even look taken out, lol.

am going to have to win this now for my little princess!

nicolamumof3 · 12/04/2010 21:52

thats fab dis!

they are a strange family i was so preoccupied when he was asking to go and they said would be back at 9.30. i bet they're not back til nearly 11pm grrr!

i wonder what pram i will get if i have another baby..i do rather like look of bee plus but its a lot of money for what it is like something plush for newborn or a proper carrycot...mmmh! i am only allowed ONE pram..bar my current ones of course!

5inthebed · 12/04/2010 21:55

That is lovely Dis.

Nicola, get a Skate or something equally lovely. My friend is pg and going to buy a Mothercare Spin, I'm trying to convince her not to.

maxybrown · 12/04/2010 21:56

I have to say Nicola, you have never come across as over protective to me! Meet my sister.........that's what I say lol.
Hope he's ok.

Diva, I have hungry cat tee left, but think you may have that? Welcome back by the way glad you had a goos time. We are selling our caravan ......don't ask, may as well be a pram obsession!

nicolamumof3 · 12/04/2010 21:58

finally my 'friend' just rang...they are in hammersmith and will be an hour or so????? i was really off with her...i said i never thought you'd be this late...she just kept saying im really sorry. So do they think this is ok? am i overprotective??

5inthebed · 12/04/2010 22:00

Not overprotective Nicola, just annoyed that they're getting back so late with an unfed child. Hope he has had a good time.

Why is he selling it Maxy? Is he after a new one? Bit more expensive than a pram obsession though

maxybrown · 12/04/2010 22:06

No we are selling it this time going to get a posh tent instead.......lots of reasons but mainly we sold Helga not only because of how much we had invested in her and running costs, but his time. Caravan loads better but he wants basically no maintenance (and so do I) as fed up with his spare time going to vehicles. So that's it!! Said I'd not do tenting again, but it's actually bigger than the caravan the one we want to get! Loads of people interested in it so that's good anyway.

Nic, no it is fully understandable.

nicolamumof3 · 12/04/2010 22:12

the worst thing is his dad has paid for him to do two days football camp at arsenal from tomorrow for his bday he's picking him up at 8.30am

nicolamumof3 · 12/04/2010 22:14

sorry i will stop going on.

i do rather like the skate but not the new 2010 colours..maybe they'll be better ones for 2011!!

Disenchanted3 · 12/04/2010 22:21

I'd be upset too nic Shame about his football do you think he will be too tired?

I liked the skate but the basket is pants and its very big!

carrielou2007 · 12/04/2010 22:24

Not overprotective at all, I'd be v cross and not impressed with how another mum behaved.

Bargain Dis!!

nicolamumof3 · 12/04/2010 22:36

yeah he will be dis..he does like to stay up late he normally stays up til 9.30/10 on a sat night and in the hols sometimes..still not every night. I am a firm believer in sleep! i know alot of his friends go to bed later but he's my son and i don't care how much sleep his friends get lol!!

Plus he's been sleeping in..he won't tomorrow. terry just got in doesn't reckon they will be home til midnight!!

maxybrown · 12/04/2010 23:10

My sister sends her two to bed at 7 - they are 11 and 14. My neice is not impressed I can tell you. Fruit loop my sis

Is he back yet?
