It worked for me as a new customer. You can try it and cancel the order before paying if the code doesn't work as you apply it just before you have to give payment details, if it works it puts it on there and then and tells you how much you will be paying

Loosingmymind · 07/11/2009 17:22

fatzak I have e-mail from Littlewoods but Marshall Ward is saying order being processed. Hoping it doesnt mean anything as lots of others have had no probs ordering from different places.

TimeForMe · 07/11/2009 17:32

Mine says order being processed too and gives a delivery date of 10th November so don't think there is a problem, it just means the order is going through the system

qwertyshell · 07/11/2009 17:44

yep worked for me got dd a dora suds and style toy she wanted for £8 x

kid · 07/11/2009 17:50

Is everyone being charged for deliver?
I don't remember ever having to pay a delivery charge before.

Code works though which is great!

Disenchanted3 · 07/11/2009 17:53

i used littlewoods (free delivery) then made sure each order added up to £26 so ive only paid £1 for each order

or £2 a few times

Flightattendant · 07/11/2009 17:53

My order is up to £32, use the £25 off code but am being charged £6.95 delivery (thursday delivery)
I ordered a pair of boots from LW last week. They were £21 and delivery was free.

qwertyshell · 07/11/2009 18:00

very charge for delivery and littlewoods if free.

iv just ordered a pair of trainers for dh £24 and the code still works, so i got them for free plus they give me a pound back. happy dayz

kid · 07/11/2009 18:06

I have placed my order even though the delivery charge is showing. I have also sent them an email asking why I am being charged delivery.
Will wait and see what they say.
Even so, 2 jumpers for £14 is still good

JoeyBettany · 07/11/2009 18:23

Wow ,I've just got a throw for my sofa for £25 free!!!!!

nappyzonecantrunfortoffee · 07/11/2009 18:48

IdrisTheDragon · 07/11/2009 18:52

nappyzone I had that problem. I redid order but for £25.50 and got an email. The £25 order I did didn't seem to work as it didn't exist in my orders

IdrisTheDragon · 07/11/2009 18:53

JoeyBettany (excellent name by the way ) I hadn't thought of a throw. Our sofa needs a new throw.

nappyzonecantrunfortoffee · 07/11/2009 19:00

thanks idris i did again and added some crayons and now its showing in orders

TheHouseofMirth · 07/11/2009 19:09

Guys I'd be very careful. Their terms & conditions state tat they will charge you the full amount if they discover you are not entitled to use the code. Someone on moneysavingexpet.com website called them to ask and was told that is what they do. I'm guessing they've tightened up their policies since those 2007 court cases. Having said that, it doesn't mean they'll necessarily discover you shouldn't have used them.

Pinkchampagne where did you get the code from?

Disenchanted3 · 07/11/2009 19:14

but if they charge full price we have the right to return the items and get refund for the amount they took?

Disenchanted3 · 07/11/2009 19:15

im scared now!

Flightattendant · 07/11/2009 19:21

It's almost worth a try for us...haven't taken the piss, just ordered one thing and am existing customer anyway...if they do decide to charge full price in a couple of months I'll just pay it.

I've still spent £16 with them that I wouldn't have otherwise and Baby annabells were £22 in sainsburys last week...so it's hardly theft. Though I'd be reassured to know the voucher doesn't say 'non transferable'...as I feel bad using it otherwise.

I also ordered a wooden bike on another catalogue I'm already a customer of, but might return that, again I'm paying about £16 for it...I'd feel odd paying £1 or something, would feel a bit greedy iyswim.

Disenchanted3 · 07/11/2009 19:30
Blush
Flightattendant · 07/11/2009 19:31

oh Dis I think it is fair enough really

Just am over scru[pulous type

madamy · 07/11/2009 19:32

I've just phoned Very and spoken to an advisor who told me it had all gone through with the discount applied, no problems. Mind you, I don't think I'll push my luck by ordering anything else!

madamy · 07/11/2009 19:32

Dis - the problem in the past was that they asked for repayment a couple of months later, so too late to return the items!
