Loosingmymind the same has happened to me but I have just checked the FAQ and it states that if a promotional code has been used the full amount will be charged but the value of the code will be refunded no sooner than the goods are despatched so I'm not unduly worried at the moment. HTH

i have ordered pretty shoes for my girls to wear at christmas from littlewoods, and a pack of crayola pens, which cost me £2.00, and from marshall ward i have ordered pretty dresses for them to wear boxing day, they charge for delivery though so it has cost me £4.95
