Got a message saying getting a delivery from additions. A bed or a drawer I wonder???

Yes supposed to be at dinner time. As posted above I received drawer so dp e mailed them with some quotes of t and c's and sale of goods act etc. It was a very strong worded e mail tbh. Anyway received a phone call - well several over last few days. and someone in directors office said we were right and had entered into a contract so would organise delivery of the bed. then got a message left from delivery co saying they will be delivering today - but someone else got told that and it was another drawer so will wait and see but lady I spoke to said they would honour the order???

Hold on to your hats ladies - I have had a bed delivered this am. Checked my additions account and not been charged. I knew they were in the wrong.

Mum2JR could you forward me a copy of the e-mail that your DP sent (just read your previous posts). They actually told us that they would honour the order and now said that they won't!!!

i would have thought that a precedent had now been set. Can you bear with me cjm as can't find where he sent it from and need to go to docs in a short while - ds2 not well - 2 hours sleep last night. lol. i hope that new bed is bloody comfy!!

I know that he stated that they hadn't even adhered to their own terms and conditions never mind the soga.
Then some woman rung and apologised and said we were right and that they would honour the order but tbh until this morning I expected to get another drawer.

That's fine Mum2JR, whenever you have a moment - hope DS feeling better soon. We didn't accept delivery and when DP spoke to them on the phone, they confirmed contract was in place and they would send us beds. However, received nothing so phoned again and was told that they would not be sending beds
