Anyone else nervously awaiting primary school offer day

Is anyone else nervously awaiting primary school offer day? My nearest school we are not in catchment for. Unfortunately, the catchment boundary is my back and side fence due to a wiggly catchment boundary.

The school we are in catchment for is 5 mins further walk away but doesn’t have a great reputation. I feel like my life is on hold until 19th April as I hope my DD gets into my preferred school. I’ve applied for DS to go to the nursery next to the school I would like to go to as I don’t want to be doing two different pick ups and drop offs in completely different locations each day!

Same! Logged in 5 mins early and got first choice, phew!😅🥳 Off to bed now haha

I keep checking and nothing yet 😂. Dying to find out although I think we have a good chance of our first choice 🤞

Logged into the portal and it updated bang on midnight, first choice for us too. Good luck to everyone else waiting!!

My DS got the school I wanted. No surprise really as he's got 2 siblings in the school but I've been panicking thinking the worst as I often do. Thank god.

Nothing yet, I’ll probably be up all night refreshing the portal 😂 anyone in KCC got theirs yet?! I’m so stressed!!!

The page updated dead on midnight for me so I could click “view offer”, but then says offer information not yet published. Bloody Newcastle.

On the portal it should say View Offers - click on that & it'll say which school has been offered.

I can't remember my password to access the portal- tried resetting and the email isn't coming through. So frustrated with myself.

I'm desperate to know what school we are in. I can't sleep.

Nothing yet and my county's website is very confusing. It still says 'apply for place' even though we did in January and got confirmation emails!
I'm slightly freaking out we did something wrong with our application now.

Ours said this - click the link then it gives you the option to view your application and as of today z view the offer.

@NearlyHeadlessNick yes that worked, got our first choice! Thank you! My husband was just telling me to wait for the email, now he's snoring next to me, completely unbothered. How can he?! Plonker
