Primary school allocation countdown- Thursday 16th April...

Is anyone else dying to find out which school they have been allocated?

This is for my PFB which makes it extra difficult for me :(

I can't talk about it in real life as it starts off as a nice casual conversation ending with some delusions of grandeur PFB nonsense

timeforacheckup there is so much wrong with this process. I hope you get into the school that you want.

We got our email just after 5.30pm - Solihull Council. Someone up thread mentioned they'd been one of the first.

I have a mental picture of the admissions staff pressing the send button and then legging it out of the office.

I hope there is good news for everyone tomorrow.

Oh God. Just been on Facebook, on a local parents website.

There's a few posts on about school admissions, obviously, and one woman has been talking about how she did the online form, got the e-mail confirmation, logged back on and the application hadn't been submitted because of a technical error.

This is really, really, not the sort of thing I need to be hearing about right now when it's too bloody late to do anything about it if the online system's screwed things up.

Check and double check what you need to do as we got online offers which you then accepted online and recieved a confirmation email. We have since found out we also need I contact the school and accept through them and my friend rang the council today and found out her son isn't on the system as accepting his offer even though she got an email confirming is acceptance!!!!!

Ours doesn't come out until tomorrow, we are North Essex. V nervous

Minibmw - I'm north Essex to and it says on online web that you can log in from 12midnight to view results, dunno of its different for various areas not sure but worth check :)

I'm in Worcester and sitting here hoping to log in at midnight. Luckily DD2 has got a sibling and we are in catchment. 3 years ago in Oxfordshire we were one of the unlucky ones that didn't get our school choice.
