That really, really sucks msjl - you really have my sympathies and I hope the erpc goes smoothly and you feel better soon. It is so hard to say anything in this situation - we've all been there on this thread and it's still difficult to think of anything that has not been said before or doesn't sound really trite. So the very, very best of luck to you in the future and hope to see you back here, for a long haul, soon. x

Baby1 I had a bleed at 8 weeks which may also have been associated with that kind of thing - bowels yep, pill yep, but naturally no dr confirmation one way or tother... Keep your pecker up, and fx

I have to have my first scan on Thursday afternoon and I'm utterly terrified. I just can't seem to be positive and am convinced it's going to be bad news.

I am utterly bereft and can't see how things are ever going to change after 4 consecutive mc's. Anyone with able to point me in the direction of some light at the end of this dark tunnel will be hugely rewarded with love and gratitude.

Lucy I really wish you all the best for Thursday. It is so much more likely that you will have positive than negative news.

I am sat at my desk pretending to be bothered about my job. It's amazing that no-one appears to have noticed my red-rimmed eyes. x

MsJL - so sorry to hear your sad news. You must feel so utterly gutted at the moment. Sending you huge virtual hugs. The tunnel must look very bleak at the moment but I do know of two people who had a similar number of miscarriages before going on to have their children. Please don't give up. Rant away here as much as you want - it just so totally sucks. Hope you're taking really good care of yourself.

I had two mcs at about 8 weeks, then a successful pregnancy. I'm now about 9-10 weeks with my first scan on Friday. I am TERRIFIED. I had a bleed at 7 weeks and was convinced I was going to lose this one, but the bleeding wasn't enough to be a mc, and I still feel pregnant. I'm going completely mad with not knowing.

Mad busy at work at the mo - it's the last week of term! - so apologies for not posting. Hope to find a bit of time later on to catch up on the thread. We're off for a scan this evening so gonna find it hard to type today with my fingers crossed. xxx

51 hours to go until my scan. I've already had my doppler out this morning but of course I couldn't hear anything. This is driving me crazy!

Grrr... midwife has cancelled booking appointment. And she appears to only do one day a week, so 10+5 lloks like the soonest she'll do, but she can't even confirm that. Very irritating as trying to find reasons to arrange cover at work without anyone guessing is hard enough as it is!

Fingers crossed today for alba and redhead, hope all goes well.
