I'm here too Cheepz!!! DD has no notions of lying in.. sometimes she'll watch tv in bed for a while but this morning she asked WHY about something every two minutes and was so fidgety i just got up! Poor DH really needs a lie in too as he has been doing everything the last few weeks with me being so sick .

MRSR embrace the lack of nausea you are SOOO lucky!!!

Oh the ratbag has just done a dirty nappy and I'd only changed her ten mins ago!!

Cheepz · 28/02/2010 09:03

eeeeek discharge has been really yellow and heavy and just now faintest hint of brown ....... will have to wait and see. Dammed cough last night was so hard I had a stabbing pain in left ovary area and have a hint of backache (although was doing work in garden yesterday). Will have to see how day pans out ......

LeeWT · 28/02/2010 09:31

i would just turn up at the local hosp they wont turn you away and get reassurance scan... hope youre ok hon its prob nothing.. xxx

MrsRigby · 28/02/2010 10:55

Oh god no cheepz, if you follow jollster I'm removing myself from this thread - I think I'm a bad luck charm.

Go and get a reassurance scan.

I hope this is nothing.

Effilump · 28/02/2010 13:09

jollster so sorry.
cheepz I'd be off for a scan, better than worrying over what is probably nothing. Good luck to you.

Cheepz · 28/02/2010 13:48

thought would wait and see if any more, so far seem to be back to clear / yellow discharge only.. last time when I started to get spotting and pink discharge ahead of mc it continued and gradually got worse. if nothing more today I will leave it as have doctor on wednesday and scan will be the following week, if I get any more will disappear up to the epu.

maybe just overdid it a little yesterday in the garden - i really do need to learn how to chill out abit.. fingers crossed its looking ok

boodleboot · 28/02/2010 20:32

cheepzy - panic not...i'm sure its just old crustyness...try washing {kidding ha}. Try and slow down a bit tho and rest up to be on safe side.

NHS scan tomoz at 10.10....am real excited now after seeing him bouncing around on screen on friday....had real boy vibes as soon as i set eyes on him....time will tell i guess eh... haven't been able to stop staring at the scan pic since i got it....its so clear and gorgeous and i cant believe i am so inlove with this child already....even DH has been really mushy about the pic, can't wait for him to see the scan tomorr....

eh and DON'T get me started on the rugby yesterday.....

OP posts:
Cheepz · 28/02/2010 21:02

nothing else abnormal today, feel dead nauseous and completely shattered, planning an early night, so excited about your scan boo can't wait to start seeing / hearing heartbeat and seeing pics - might make it all abit more real for me (and dh) then.

Sarahlou8 · 28/02/2010 21:08

Hi all,

Jollster, I'm so sorry. I've been away for a couple of days and that was a shock to come back to - I hope you're okay.

Cheepz, fingers crossed everything will be fine, and Boodle, good luck tomorrow, I'm really envious of anyone with a looming scan.

Sitting here with my new notebook, I'm really struggling without a mouse! Everytime I scroll it gets carried away and runs on and on grrrrr

Feeling really sick in the evenings now, and craving fruit, which I am not a big eater of - trouble is it gives me heartburn a few minutes afterwards but I'm not really complaining, just reassured to finally have some symptoms and feel I'm not imagining all this!

Hope everyone else is ok xx

Didn't get my ERPC yesterday so have to wait til March 9th, but have started bleeding a bit now, so maybe it'll be all over by then.
Don't mean to make anyone jealous but gorged on pate, gruyere and wine at lunchtime . GORGEOUS!

Hope everyone feeling ok, and time not passing TOOOOO slowly waiting for that next milestone.

LeeWT · 01/03/2010 21:27

boodleboot · 01/03/2010 22:10

ok....i was trying to be sensitive but as you have personally asked Jolls....thank you....it was really wonderful and i cried a bit with DH when we saw bubs bouncing around. When she put the scanner on it seemed like baby was asleep as it startled then rubbed its eyes....mega cute.

Private was way better than NHS tho as i was in and out in ten mins today but private i had half hour and the examination of baby seemed MUCH more thorough. The lady today was nice but really kept going on about this downs needle test and since DH and i have already decided that God will decide if we are to be parents to a child with a special need i really wasn't going to have one. Didn't even want to know the chances...at the end she kinda said that she doesn't see any markers anyway so it would not be necessary in this case....i looked at DH and was like WTF????Why keep talking about it throuhg the whole scan then???

i wish i had money to be a private patient....Portland Hospital or something, ah one can dream eh....

Jolls i really hope this is over quickly for you...9th seems an age away. how are you bearing up? still so gutted for you...

hoops so exciting you are having a boy....i have been getting boy vibes about this bump...DH has asked that we don't find out...that will be hard for me as i really like to plan ahead etc but have aquiesced for now....see if he goes up against me when i am 20weeks fat and cross ha....funny about the due date....are you feeling anywhere near ready to actually think about labour yet??

Jacanne · 01/03/2010 22:23

Jollster - 9th seems ages away - as you have started bleeding have you considered taking tablet/pessary route. When I m/c last time I only had to take pill, it did the trick.

Loads of hugs to you.xxxx

memorylapse · 01/03/2010 23:02

Jolls..so sorry to read your news..I cant beleive they are making you wait another 9 days for ERPC

Boodle..so pleased to hear your scan went well

randomimposter · 02/03/2010 06:38

thank you everyone for your kind thoughts, am doing ok actually. Think it hasn't really sunk in yet.

Boodle I sensed you were being sensitive, but you musn't worry. SO pleased your scan went well - think sonographers are so varied aren't they (guess it's true of all professions!). But now you've met your little one on screen I hope you can relax and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.

Jacanne thanks for your message - have only heard that tablets are the most painful route? There's a bit of me which thinks that March 9th was my nuchal scan date, and I might only have found out then anyway...? Anyway will see how the next few days pan out. Have got to go back to the hospital on Friday anyway as they messed up my bloods... ooo goodie more needles .

Hi to everyone.

LeeWT · 02/03/2010 09:06

Jollster for what it's worth I had the medical managemet with my first mmc and it was (for me) very very painful and distressing. However sometimes they give u tablet in advance of erpc and i've heard that starts some people naturally so maybe that would help?
Thinking of you xxx

louisesh · 02/03/2010 12:08

Hi All

JOOLSTER thats pants , poor you would you get in quicker if you went via A&E???Take care of yourself your lunch yesterday sounded lovely[especially the wine!!!!!]

HOOPS glad all is well

I m soo TIRED!!!! OMG off the end of this week, was going to try and paint our kitichen .Think not lots of reading, sleeping, slobbing and daytime tv for me!!!

Went to the MW yesterday as much use as a chocolate fireguard!!!!! Although she has referred my to an obs consultant with my previous history[ they count the CP as a miscarrige so saying i ve had 3 MCs] / if ineed luteal support up to 12 weeks,A MW , who i know, rung me last night and i m attending an appt tomorrow with same.

I too have booked a private scan for saturday but if they scan me tomorrow i ll put my private scan back by a week.Mw didn t agree with the dates i was given by sonographer last week she said i m now 8 weeks, 6 days according to my scan i would now be 9 weeks 3 days!!!! Soo about 9 weeks!!!! Everything i asked the MW she was non-committal about [although i knew most of it already anyhow].

Shes trying to arrange my nuchal/dating scan asap at 11weeks soo hopefully not much longer.Does anyone else find their MW a complete waste of time? Or just me?

Hope everyones ok? more snow here today!!!! Whats that about??????

Freezingmyarseoff · 02/03/2010 13:43

hello
Would it be okay if I joined this thread? Have I got this right - this is a thread for those who are pregnant after a MC?
But I don't want to barge in on people as it seems like you know each other quite well. Also am a bit nervous about posting after a MC in January, having originally posted on Aug 2010 thread before 12 weeks IFYKWIM

boodleboot · 02/03/2010 14:47

oooh how exciting...a real newbie rather than a grad....Freezing of course you can join. We have all had the dreaded experience of losing a much wanted baby so can sympathise with you there. Really glad you find yourself pregnant again so soon but totally get how nervewracking it is. welcome.

Cheepz · 02/03/2010 15:47

Hi freezing more the merrier I say, especially since I also had mc (2nd one) in Jan and am now pregnant again in Feb due in October, we have all come from same ttc after mc thread so thats why we might seem abit 'close' but we are all really nice!!!!

boo fab news about the scan result, can't wait for some reassurance from 7 week one next week, even seeing doctor tomorrow will provide some reassurance

jolls your situation is horrible and I am feeling for you so much, have seen you back on other thread and so glad you are getting so much support their .. much love

my morning sickness disappeared this morning and I was wigging out btu now I feel really sick .. isn't that great the rougher I feel the better I feel - nuts.

right back to work, could do without getting fired at the mo

randomimposter · 02/03/2010 16:14

cheepzyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy glad to hear from you and that all is ok. Glad you're as sick as a dog x

thefatladyscreams · 02/03/2010 18:25

Hi all,

Jollster - have been thinking of you. Can't believe they are making you wait so long. I m/c naturally at 10 weeks last year and it wasn't that bad. It was over with in a couple of hours. Sorry if that's tmi but you mentioned that it might be starting to happen naturally and I didn't want you to worry.

Cheepz - it is crazy. I moan when I feel lousy but panic when I don't. Being pregnant is definitely not good for your mental status. Read your earlier posts - hope the discharge has cleared up. Going to sound a bit of mad suggestion - but do you think it could be colouring from vitamin tablets. I know mine turn my urine yellow. OK - I'm mad!

Welcome freezing - lovely to have you on board.

Louisesh - can't believe you're planning to paint your kitchen. Getting out of bed, getting through the day and getting back to bed is the height of my ambitions at the moment! Think we might have the same midwife despite being at different ends of the country.

Went for my booking in appointment yesterday. Firstly she calculated me at 5 weeks! Then I noticed afterwards she has got my BMI wrong - too high needless to say as she wrote my height down wrong . Hardly the most important thing, but I'm self conscious about my BMI and have lost weight since pregnant through trying to eat more healthily - so why couldn't she have miscalculated it the other way!!

Boodle - must have been so nice to go to the scan with the reassurance of your previous one. Sounds great. Must be starting to feel real now.

Hoops - glad your scan went well and you got to see the little fellow wriggling away.

Sarahlou - hope you're feeling a bit better (with the caveat about the lousy/crazy balance that cheepz mentions!)

Lee - my husband could relate to yours! The tiredness and MS is resulting in a definite lack of action!
