Following the success of this thread in "Conception" I thought I would share its cathartic qualities here in "Pregnancy" too.

I'll give you a starter for ten:

Tigress has no symptoms at 6 weeks except for exceptionally sore nipples

See, you can't write THAT on Facebook!

AngelaCarleen · 04/08/2009 08:56

AngelaCarleen is only eleven and a half weeks, but she feels like she has been pregnant for ever.

GracieGirl · 06/08/2009 20:45

Gracie has just got her Downs Syndrome screening blood results back and is LOW RISK!!!!!! Yay!

Gracie now as one thing crossed off her list of 1056 things to worry about during pregnancy!

woodhj · 06/08/2009 21:03

I would love to put on Facebook.

WOODHJ cant stop belching and farting! falls asleep far to early and does not want to speak to any of her skinny, alcohol drinking facebook friends!

AHH!!! that feels good!!!

Tigresswoods · 07/08/2009 08:07

Ah woodhj a kindered spirit! I am only 10 weeks but had the round of golf from hell this week. Had horrible wet smelly farts (tmi?) and had to be really careful when hitting the ball that one didn't squeeze out. horrible. Also watched a programme last night where people were drinking alcohol and turned to DH, "Oh what I wouldn't give for a Smirnoff Ice with lots of ice!" of course I don't really want one, just think I do

Tigress is hopping up and down by her door waiting for the nice postman to bring the 12 week scan letter

Tigresswoods · 07/08/2009 17:26

Tigress swooned around M&S looking at all the wee little clothes and shoes under the guise of buying a present for a friend with a new born. Was lovely. sigh

AngelaCarleen · 07/08/2009 21:11

AngelaCarleen has made it to 12 weeks, woohoo!! Scan on monday, now just freaking out that something will be wrong. Wishing DH was home to come with me. Thinks it's wierd that there's a 5.5cm baby inside me and I can't feel anything.

Want's to sue the books for false advertising, they all say nausea should fade now. Well I'm still waiting...

1mum1 · 07/08/2009 21:34

1mum1 is always sick in public loos if she hears someone pump in the next cubicle or if someone has left wee on the seat.

MiniMilk0610 · 08/08/2009 09:07

MiniMilk's 3 yo DD refused to go to bed til 10:30pm last night, was still up & bouncing around at 7am this morning...& yet this still somehow felt like a lie in

MiniMilk now owns 4 nursing/maternity bras in 4 different sizes, & only the biggest one now fits comfortably...still only 19 weeks pregnant, aaagh!!

MiniMilk is quite annoyed by one of the (extremely overweight) bosses who decided to let me know that I had got "huge" and was looking "really big for 19 weeks" yesterday, grrr!

Thanks for the rant, feel a bit better now!!

GracieGirl · 08/08/2009 12:41

Graciegirl is jealous of MiniMilk, I'm the only 14 weeks pregnant person in the world who is still 34AA!! Come on hormones, you've managed nausea, sickness, constipation, back ache, abdo pain, and even insanity, now where's my cleavage!!!!!

josiejo79 · 08/08/2009 19:12

josiejo79 is sick of her DH laughing at her when she has a highly irratic moment.

josiejo79 can't help that we fell pregnant without planning it and does feel terrible for my friend who has been struggling for ages, but that doesn't mean she be mean to me and have stopped talking to me for the last 25 weeks of my pregnancy!

josiejo really just wants to cry all the time and stuff my face with battenburg cake but is a bit concerned that someone might knock at the door.

GracieGirl · 08/08/2009 20:47

Gracie thinks maybe josie could keep an onion and a chopping board handy and then she could pretend to have watery eyes for a sensible reason, then carry on with that battenburg cake!

Gracie hopes josie saves her a slice of battenburg.

josiejo79 · 09/08/2009 13:28

Josie will save Gracie some battenburg for the excellent onion idea.

Thandeka · 09/08/2009 18:17

Thandeka is 14 weeks and 3days and is fed up of the nausea and vomiting. Although it has eased she still threw up all her tea last night. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Want to feel human again. And want to stop having afternoon sleeps and feeling bleugh. I have stuff to do.

josiejo79 · 09/08/2009 19:33

Josie is sick of snapping at everything my DH says and knows that she is being a total bitch! I am also a little concerned that i wont go back to normal after the baby has been born and continue to be an irritable, snappy cow.

Tigresswoods · 10/08/2009 12:41

Tigress has her 12 week scan date!!!!

Tigress is enjoying dreaming of lovely floaty tops and stretchy belly jeans

AngelaCarleen · 10/08/2009 13:16

AngelaCarleen is havng a bad day. Spent the morning crying and feeling sorry for herself that DH isn't going to be there this afternoon, then thought the bunny was going to die, now thinks she may have over reacted (the vet thinks AngelaCarleen is a crazy rabbit lady). Now sat covered in bunny fur wondering how to get it all off before her scan in an hour.

Tigresswoods · 10/08/2009 14:46

Tigress Is torturing her poor MIL, have told her about pregnancy but have also told her that she cannot tell ANYONE until the scan is out of the way in 11 days. MIL may burst with excitment EVIL LAUGH

OP posts:
Tigresswoods · 10/08/2009 19:00

Tigress is SUCH a pregnant lady. Queued for ages to get a new maternity bra fitted at M&S and then dashed home to quickly have something to eat before feeling really ill.

AngelaCarleen · 10/08/2009 19:07

AngelaCarleen is so embarassed that her Bean showed her up at the scan by actually having a paddy. Well thats what it looked like, Bean was laying face down and kicking legs and thumping fists . Deary me, I can only imagine Tesco in three years...

beanieb · 10/08/2009 19:12

Oh Tigress, I remember your thread from conception and just wanted to say Congratulations

Tigresswoods · 10/08/2009 21:42

hey beanieb, do you have a "status" to share? Good to see you on here, I remember you too.

Also... is way past my bedtime now ;-)

ErikaMaye · 10/08/2009 22:13

Erika-Maye would like to slap a certain individual right now.

Erika-Maye would ask her baby to please stop bouncing off her organs.

Erika-Maye would pretty please like to unplug her belly for an hour so she can get some sleep without backache. Thanks.

GracieGirl · 11/08/2009 07:34

Congratulations on your scan Angela! Maybe your Bean was dancing and just hasn't learnt to stand yet?? Funny though!

Gracie is really pleased for her friend who's scan showed twins , but is also ever so slightly pleased its not her! Good luck mate!

AngelDog · 11/08/2009 21:46

AngelDog was excessively excited at finding that Sainsbury's sell large size panty liners. It could only happen in pregnancy!

AngelaCarleen · 11/08/2009 21:50

Is starting to wonder whether she should go to a different hospital to give birth. Really not fancying the dr at work being there when I'm in labour, especially since he keeps joking about giving me an episiotomy

Don't think I want people I work with looking at my floof
