Is anyone else experiencing the phenomena that every time they phone anyone at all they get "oh my God, is everything all right?" before they get "Hello"?

when I walk around I am TWINGING AND TWINGING
and I phoned the delivery suite and they said "ooh you'll have to come in we are short staffed"
but they have FOUND a midwife and her name is Jenny and she HAS the gas and air in her car
