Hey folks. Thought I’d set up a thread for those expecting in September next year. I got my bfp yesterday at 10dpo on Christmas Day 🄹. I think my due date would be around 6th September. It would be nice to keep in touch with some ladies going through similar things. Xxx

I'm not pregnant but my DD1 is due a boy sept 23 rd. and he's breech at the moment.

ErickBroch · 25/08/2026 03:48

3:45am, severe acid reflux causing insomnia and my PGP has been so severe today in my coccyx that I’ve barely been able to walk. Another four weeks left apparently! Help.

LuckyDuck93 · 25/08/2026 08:35

@ErickBroch same here, that pelvic pain is honestly the worst thing i've ever experienced! Wondering how i'm supposed to last another 4 weeks!

missmoosh · 25/08/2026 10:30

I am only getting one sided hip/pelvic pain which is and enough! Sorry you are struggling, are you still working??

unsureforevermore · 25/08/2026 15:29

Oh same well this Friday Was worrying it’s too soon haha but I’ll be 38 weeks too

ErickBroch · 01/09/2026 21:53

Finishing next Thursday at 39 weeks. Fortunately I have been WFH now so it’s been manageable. Baby is still soooo high I don’t think I’m anywhere near labour yet!

I was going to be finishing on the day I went into labour (no lie I need the money). Turns out our little bumble bee had different plans and came early breech by caesarian. Good news is that means she shares a birthday with my god-sib. A good omen for her upcoming surrogacy transfer.

missmoosh · 02/09/2026 10:33

I actually finished already lol, was forced to take some of my annual leave as only allowed to carry over pro rata amount. So been off since just before 36 weeks! Glorious haha

gardenflowerposter · 02/09/2026 15:24

I’m working up to 39 weeks but so done and uncomfortable! Mostly just nesting in between meetings as I WFH luckily. Not long to go now though for us all šŸ¤žšŸ¤ž

Congratulations!! Hope you’re recovering well and managing some rest in the newborn bubble 🫧

Was going to try and stretch out another week but not sure I’ve got the energy and I’m WFH haha

Edited

Other than attending teams meetings I’m pretty much sitting on the sofa 🤣 I went on mat leave way too early with my first as he didn’t come until 42 weeks! Hoping this time round I’m not waiting quite so long though

Have been up since 5 with on and off cramping but not really convinced it’s anything to do with Labour because to me, it just feels like I have to go to the bathroom! I get up to go and nothing happens. If this is how I handle an upset stomach I’m not sure how I’m going to get through Labour šŸ˜‚

How's it going? This is exactly how labour started with my first!! Fingers crossed! šŸ¤ž

This sounds really positive! Wishing you the best of it is labour! I’m definitely feeling a lot more pressure down low and having quite intense BH but only 37 weeks so think I’ll be waiting a while yet

ErickBroch · 05/09/2026 02:57

As you rightly guessed, it was Labour! Took me a long time to realise. Only knew for sure at 10am when bleeding started, and by the time I was the hospital at midday I was 8cm dilated. That was a rough car ride.

Baby boy arrived safely at 3:30pm. I have had two cuts made to get him out but 2 hours of pushing and his head wouldn’t budge.
